I bought my 2007 Boxster S about 6 months ago after totaling my 4x4 off-road truck. It was a massive change for me to switch over to a roadster, but I couldn’t be happier I made the switch. I purchased the car with 58k miles on it. Lots of Porsche owners say that’s a ton of miles for the cars, but mine feels just as tight, spirited, and smooth as some of the newer model Boxsters that I test drove. I haven’t had any issues with the car after putting about 5k miles on it, but I did have to replace the clutch, flywheel, clutch bearings, and pressure plate about a week after I bought it. I knew the clutch was worn out, so I worked that into the purchase price. I also had to replace a horn that went out. No biggie. The clutch on any manual will wear out after a while, and the previous owner either didn’t know how to drive a manual properly, or just rode it hard. I was pleased to find out that the 2007 Boxster S doesn’t suffer from the IMS issues earlier models did. I asked my mechanic to check it out while they were replacing the clutch, and he told me it was a non-issue in 2007+ models. I take it out for a drive every evening with the top down (it’s summer in ATL GA), and I can’t stop smiling driving it around. It’s the only car I’ve owned that I get excited about simply driving it to the grocery store. It certainly limits what I can go pick up at Home Depot, but to be honest, it has a surprising amount of storage space considering it’s a two person roadster. Sure it’s older... but owning one, I never feel like I’m driving a 12 year old car. Drives and handles better than 99.9% of 2019 sports cars I test drove before taking a chance on a 987 Boxster S. I did end up replacing all the speakers and audio head unit with a CarPlay enabled one, and installed a small subwoofer. The original Bose speakers were pretty bad. It sounds amazing now, even with the top down. I couldn’t be happier! I hope it lasts another 100k+ miles so I never have to stop driving it.

I recently bought a lightly-used 2019 Honda Passport Sport. My agent was David Lopez and Don (the director of finance) also helped with the process. I had an excellent experience as a whole at this dealership, and in particular working with David Lopez and Don. I had four cars I was interested in looking at- David made sure to get them all ready ahead of time- to make everything easier for me to compare and contrast them. He was very genuine- he didn't give off any bad "salesman" vibes that make you feel pressured or manipulated. It was like having a exceptionally well-informed friend helping me pick which car was going to best fit my needs and lifestyle. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient while I waffled between two very similar cars. I would *highly* recommend working with David Lopez. Don was (obviously) excellent at his job- and made sure I completely understood everything we were going over. Overall, I had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with David Lopez, Don and everyone else behind the scenes at Luther Westside Volkswagen.

This car is beautiful! We are so happy we got it, and it is so rare (only 500 sent to US). The color combination pf silver and chocolate brown is gorgeous and umique. We can't wait til summer to put the top down.

We recently purchased our second Audi from Audi Minneapolis. On Dec. of last year Brent from the service helped us in obtaining a loaner car at a time when we were very upset because we had just been in an accident with our 2018 Audi. Brent was a very gracious and helpful assistant to get us on our way. As it turned out the car was totaled out per our Ins. Co. We did not hesitate to search for a replacement for our car but went straight to Audi Mpls. Richard Busker and Mark Larson lead us thru the experience of finding the right car for us. Both Mark and Richard were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Lindsey Nelson joined the team to greet us as we have worked with her during our first purchase of the 2018. All of these people made us feel warmly welcomed and comfortable. We feel like we not only have a new car we love but also several new friends.

Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Even though I understand this is an older model I was still disappointed that it doesn't have the bells and whistles one would expect of a Porsche. This car is lacking in, for example, many safety features, Bluetooth, voice capabilities, phone connection.... not available. The car is beautiful and we use it as a second car. Would not have purchased this car if it had been designated as our only vehicle.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

The mid-engine layout and a 3.2l Porsche flat six makes it super fun to drive. Over the 18 years of ownership my Boxter S also proved to be a extremely reliable. Can't beet this combination.

Interior it’s bigger then you think . A lot of space for luggage. High performance car and very reliable. When you drive this car , you spent 30-35k$ but all people look and ask if you spend over 100k$ when you park your car people look at you all the time

I've dreamed of owning a 911 Turbo since I was in my teens. I'm now 63 years old and don't need to drive 150mph anymore. Last year my wife and I decided to look for a convertible to recapture the days of when we first started dating in 1987 when she had a 1982 Fiat Spyder 2000 convertible. We traded that in 2004 on a BMW 330Xi. We had a pretty sweet deal lined up on a 2008 BMW Z4 until the day before we went to pick it up and found out the dealer sold it from under us. What could have really sucked turned into a golden opportunity: we chanced upon a 2001 Boxster S with 59,000 original miles. We have not regretted the decision one bit. Yes, the ergonomics are somewhat dated compared to today and it's not the latest and greatest technology, but we bought it to drive, not to be distracted with all sorts of gizmos. (I'm employed as a Sales representative at a local Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Dealer for over 35 years. I'm exposed to all the technology). This little Bavarian bomber is an absolute blast to drive; comfortable, quick, sticks to the road like burnt eggs to a cast iron frying pan, and turns heads everywhere. It's capable of 160+ mph, but the right road at 55 mph brings grins all the time. We just went for a weekend trip with it and had no problem with room for our luggage, a tote bag, and a small soft-sided cooler. And as an added bonus, we took it through the famed Hawk's Nest Highway on Route 97 north of Port Jervis, NY. Wonderful to drive, comfortable even after a couple hours, fuel-efficient (except when I play with the Tiptronic on a twisty road), and so far, dead-bolt reliable. So I didn't get my 911 Turbo; the Boxster S is a more than welcome consolation prize. You owe it to yourself. P.S- My wife drives it more than I do!

Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

I'm very fond of Porsche St. Paul. I purchased my first 911 Targa 4S GTS. My dream was purchasing the 911, but also including the European Experience. All my dreams came true. I was called for allocation. I designed my 911 dream car in St. Paul. I requested the European delivery. I traveled to Europe for the first time, picking up my car in Germany and traveling through 5 countries. I couldn't be happier. It was a dream experience. My sales person was Mitch. He's A+++. From first contact through cars.com on my used '05 Boxster to final paperwork, the experience was excellent. Zoe Hutton had the car ready for me when I arrived. Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out. Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. The 991.2 Porsche 911 really is the everyday sports car. Not conspicuous but also not mundane. With so many variants available, its hard not to find a 911 that fits YOUR needs and wants. The engine is sublime, the interior is refined and well built, and the cockpit ergonomics are unmatched. After driving a 911 (any variant), any other sub-150K sports car is just Meh. One of the underappreciated aspects of using this car on a daily basis is how easy it is to live with: the outward visibility is excellent, the tech is great, and the car is comfortable on long drives. When looking for your first 911, you should consider with a well-loved 991. I prefer the "Dot 2's" because of the turbo engine and the Apple CarPlay but the 991.1's have a charm of their own and shouldn't be discounted. One of the few drawbacks to any 911 is the road noise...you will have to get used to hearing those big tires hitting the road and if you drive on rough roads the majority of the time you WILL be annoyed (maybe look at a NSX or a C8 instead). Otherwise, you will not regret the ownership experience!
