Anthony and the rest of the service team and parts department are very nice ., not like the terrible service staff in Paramus who only treat you well if you have recently purchased the latest and greatest there, even though I have purchased 5 vehicles from Paramus dealership in the past 30 years. And, even though I live right by Paramus Prestige Land Rover, I rather drive over a ½ hour to go to Parsippany.

This whole process of buying a car was a very positive experience. Since I was 14 I’ve dreamed that one day I’d be able to own a white twin turbo Supra! I’ve been following Brooklyn Auto for a little over a year now. I’ve always loved looking at all the awesome cars they have and dream that one day I’d be able to buy something as cool. I started following them because I’ve always loved Toyota Supra’s, and they always seem to have very quality ones for sell. Only problem is I live in Kansas in they are in New York. But Last month they posted the car I had always wanted. A White Twin Turbo Supra with only 71k miles on it. That night day at about 10pm my time (even later in New York) I texted the number posted and within minutes Adam from Brooklyn Auto Messaged me back. I told him that I really liked the car and preceded to ask questions. That night I ask if he could finance a part of the car and he told me no problem. He had a bank that he used that he trusted. The next morning Adam and I spoke on the phone and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. He was very prompt when requesting any videos, and very responsive with answering all the questions that I had. It took the thought “is this for real” or “a bad deal” completely away! With little time I was approved for the loan and the car was mine! Now for transportation! I’ve always had a bad experience with transporters. Adam told me not to worry because he had a guy. The transport guy called me and told me because I was working with Adam he would hook me up and give me a discount and setup a time to pick up the car the next day. This was on a Thursday, the transporter told me he should have the car to me by the following Thursday. Adam sent me another Video of the car getting loaded up and I got supra excited! Well guess what? That Sunday I got a call from the transporter saying he was only 3 hours out!!! For real!?!?! He showed up 4 days early! Seeing the car for the first time was amazing! Just how it had been described to me! It only took 25 years. Because of Adam I now have the car I’ve always wanted, and it is crazy nice!!!! If you are looking to buy a car from these guys don’t hesitate. They are honest, excellent communicators, very responsive, and have a true passion for what they do! I can’t thank them enough! 1994 Carrera 4 widebody owner. My favorite Porsche so far. I’ve owned 911s (77, 70, 73, 91 Carrara 4, 99), 912, 912E and 944. This is one of 267 made. Best all around driving experience. I’ve put 30k miles of the 138k miles on the dial. Very few issues. Mostly maintenance. Bullet proof car, a blast to drive. Not the fastest car, but for the era, the design and mechanicals are great. Car gets looks and compliments each time I drive it. Enthusiasts know what it is and drool over it. These cars have doubled in price in the last 4 years. Very happy with it.

What can I say. Overall a great experience. They really enjoy what they do over here and the stock of cars is amazing!! One word of advice is make sure you check every small detail. The sales people can miss details and so can you. They move cars QUICK here and the sales reps on a Saturday seemed very busy!! The dealer had burgers and drinks to share with us while we waited which was awesome. Before I met the owner and his son, I was getting the feeling this was a family business, and it is! Salesmen was a young professional who knew the product inside and out and was quick to alert and educate me on all of the nuances of the car, an AMG SL-55. Price was far and the entire transaction was stressless. I highly recommend J& S and my salesmen Max.

I researched 911 vs 718 for almost two years. I drove a Carrera 4S at PECATL and loved it, but I wanted to keep my budget lower. A base 911, while a great car, just did not live up to the 718's nimbleness with its mid-mounted engine. I was lucky with my find - a GTS 4.0 It drives perfectly. The storage is ample enough for a large check-in suitcase up front. You also have the rear trunk. This can be a great daily driver with next-to-nothing for maintenance aside from regular oil changes and routine maintenance check-ups. I've put close to 4k miles and it is a special occasion each time I get in.

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I asked about having the vehicle inspected and they transported it a mercedes specialist shop. There were repairs that shop said needed and they paid to have the repairs done. No argument . It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. I have heard some horror stories about getting your car serviced at the dealer. I must admit Andrew made my experience much better than expected, I anticipated to pay much more than I did but Andrew made me feel at ease. I felt that he was there to make this process as easy as possible for me he was able to get me in a loaner vehicle when they were short on loaner vehicles! I had some extensive damage done to my vehicle and I know it was not going to be cheap, he worked with me to make sure that the vehicle will be fixed right and I must admit the vehicle drives much better! and I am satisfied, Andrew kept me updated through the process even when I saw him working he looked so busy his customer service never lacked! Once again Andrew thanks so much and when it's time to get into another vehicle I will definitely choose BRIDGEWATER BMW! What I do notice is if you conduct the proper maintenance on these wonderful machines they will run great for a long time! See you guys soon hopefully to get me in that 760 BMW I fell in LOVE with it, the technology appears to be unmatched!
