Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

AutoNation Porsche Dealership in Hardeeville did a nice job with my 8 year Check-Up. Knew I would need new tires during this service review and although the tire cost increased since receiving an estimate in March, 2025, the service advisors were very nice, despite the costs. The new Service Center is gorgeous and they did have my loaner vehicle waiting for me upon arrival. I wish that they would have dressed the new tires with Armour All or something similar after buying the tires and paying for the alignment and balancing but you can't have everything, I guess.

Picked up a 911 Turbo S from Porsche Hilton Head and had a great experience. The facility is fantastic, Devin was a wonderfully respectful and patient sales person. Blake handled all my new car questions perfectly and Ray is running a great operation. Even the finance office made the day flow smoothly. My highest marks for the whole team.
2021 Porsche Macan review
I absolutely love my 2021 Porsche Macan! I purchased it preowned, and it was an incredible value with very low miles. It looks amazing, feels luxurious, and is so much fun to drive. The handling is smooth and sporty, and every time I get behind the wheel, I enjoy the experience. I am very happy with my Macan and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, reliable, and exciting SUV.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

2021 Porsche 718 Cayman review
Bought this baby used with just 4700 miles on it. Mine is the 6-speed manual version, 4.0L NA flat 6. I LOVE IT!!! This car is so much fun to drive. I work from home so don't have a daily commute, but it's a blast around town and on weekends. Not sure I'd love it as a daily, with a longer commute or in traffic - but that's not my situation - and we have 2 other cars in the family for daily commuting and road trips (Tesla 3 & Audi Q7). Get one as a 2nd or 3rd vehicle and it'll put a smile on your face every time!

Hudson Nissan on Savannah Hwy review
I was vacationing in Charleston, upon arriving I noticed my check engine light came on. I took my 2014 Nissan truck to Hudson Nissan to verify the cause. There I met Mr. Preston Fox the service advisor. He was very cordial, polite, and professional. He explained the process on what they can do to address the problem, and initially diagnosed the vehicle himself. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. Thanks to Mr. Fox and his great people skills, the experience was stress free.. Many thanks… CD

2020 Porsche Macan review
2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

CarMax Charleston review
My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! That is the way Car Buying should be! Thanks Guys for all you help and hard work! Chris G.

2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

2020 Porsche Macan review
Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

2023 Porsche Cayenne review
One of the top 3 best SUVs in the market by far, only rivaled by RR and Bentley. The quality is flawless; it drives like a car but with the comfort of a luxury SUV. Best of both worlds. I have a 911 and I am shocked how fantastic is the driving experience of the Cayenne

Dustin my service tech is always attentive helpful knowledgeable and a nice person too. My car messaged left rear tire low. He promptly checked all. All tires needed air. Also checked next service due which was an oil change next month just days away. Was able to leave my car and have the oil changed. Dustin is very organized and has a friendly and efficient manner. Rick Hendricks needs more “ Dustins”!
2022 Porsche Cayenne review
Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them
