I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

This was my first car buying experience, and wow was it good. I was expecting many more frustrations, setbacks and headaches, but the team at Hertz was phenomenal. I spoke with Frank on the phone to ask a few basic questions about availability of certain vehicles, which he was very helpful with. A few days later I had a short list of cars I was looking at and went to the dealer. Gabe took care of the rest of the process. Even though I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, he was incredibly helpful and stayed late to finish the sale. I never once felt pressured during the whole process. Gabe walked me through virtually every conceivable financing scenario so I could know exactly what my monthly payment would be in the worst and best case scenarios. As for downside, my car hadn't been detailed as it was just recently made available. But, they offered to let me drive it off the lot that day and bring it back a week later to be done at no charge. The prices they offer here are truly unbeatable with truly excellent, customer first staff. Anyone buying their first car should do it here to see how its done.

I spoke with Gabe when purchasing my 2013 Kia Soul+. He showed me the vehicles I was interested, and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want or afford. He actually ONLY showed me what I was interested in, which was awesome. The process was quick, easy, and no pressure. All the salesmen were super friendly and laid back. Game really went above and beyond for me, even after the sale. The only issue I had was the floor mats were missing from the vehicle, which were replaced immediately and also the tires were a little on the worn side and they made an appt the next week to have them replaced. I did also notice my outlets and usb cables weren't working, which should have been resolved prior to buying, since it was certified pre owned, however the warranty will cover this to be repaired. I would definitely buy from Hertz again!

Our 2nd RAV4 (since 2014) was purchased brand new from Cobb Co Toyota only 3 weeks ago and I’m very pleased with this loaded 2025 xle premium build quality, comfort, tech features and drivability thus far. Looking forward to many years of pleasant ownership of experience and reliability with this vehicle.

Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

Very happy with my purchase from RBM Alpharetta. The car has a very comfortable interior with all the features available. Handles well in town and on long drives. Good acceleration for such a big vehicle. Love the contemporary exterior.

I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

My 2024 Camaro ZL1 Convertible was one of the last ones available, and I love it. I'm only 400 miles into my ownership, but this is my third ZL1, so I know I'll love it. This is my first convertible and that is so much fun! I hope Chevrolet/GM brings back the Camaro before I wear this one out so I can continue to enjoy them. I keep going back as this is my 14th Camaro that I've owned!

I also have bought a used vehicle from Mike Camlin Hyundai. I have had nothing but a positive experience in dealing with them. Only negative is that I live an hour away from dealership.

Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling is on point, interior is laid out well comfortable. Got the matte finish bronze and it looks amazing. Our real world mpg is little higher than expected, coming in at 36 combined so far with it being driven 4k miles. The ONLY downside was our after sales service. Drove us insane trying to get the simplest request. Piece of window trim was missing when we took delivery, they had the car for 2+ months to "repair/replace" this ! During that time, it was probably promised "next Friday" , nearly every Fri., and always I always had to be the one to call to try and get update, if you could even talk to a live person, it would be always be * let me check and I'll call you back* and days would go by forcing you to call again. I can't say this about other Hyundai dealerships, but McDonough Hyundai in Georgia has the absolute, positively, worst customer service . It's like Popeyes Chicken, you that chicken sandwich is great, but you also they not known for the service, it ain't no Chik fil a.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly and much to our surprise never pushy at all. Best car buying experience ever!

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.
