I just got a pre-owned SRX from Krystyna and very much appreciated for all what Kystyna and Larson Cadillac team had done for me. Since I just started living in the USA, I could hardly make myself understood in English. But she was so patient and tried to listen to me carefully to get my exact needs and preferences. She and the team are always thinking of customers first. At some dealership, I was taken advantage of language and cheated to purchase unnecessary options or warranty as if they were mandatory. It never happened at Larson Cadillac. She and the finance manager Terry guided me very helpfully what process I needed to go through to purchase a car in the USA.
We went to this dealership last weekend. Me and my wife visited here to check out the mini cooper s before and mike assisted us. He offered us good price at the front. We ended up buying pre-owned mini at the different dealership and it was a mistake. Their customer service was incredibly bad... If you want to buy yourself a mini and would like to have a good customer service, go to this dealership.
The representative was really nick and affable. When I have questions, I asked then they would respond me quickly. Even though I was not sure about any things such as this was my first time to buy a car.
I chose this dealer after a negative experience with the dealer closest to my home. I had shopped for a convertible for a year and had narrowed my choices to a Mini, a Fiat, and Buick. I test drove multiple times (except not the Buick) and then did online research on pricing. NW Mini was exactly as it represented itself to be. I ordered the exact Mini I wanted, at good price, no fuss no muss and I am excited to be receiving it in January or so. So, although I haven't actually technically purchased it as it hasn't arrived, I am 100% happy with the experience. The only drawback is that it is about 40 minutes down the road. However, I did not have to go in to the dealer to make my order. All was done electronically via email.
This was the first time I had been to Auburn Chevrolet. I brought my Chevy Spark in for an oil change and tire pressure. I found the door to the Service area but the garage door did not open so I left my car just outside of the doors and went in to the service desk, I was greeted and I told them what I wanted and she told me it would be about an hour wait to be completed. She then went and moved my car to the other door and brought it inside. I went to the waiting room and waited until it was almost done when she came in and said the air and cabin filters needed to be changed. I said ok and it was about an half hour and it was done. I paid for the services and left. I do think she could have mentioned to me there was coffee there and vending machines if I was hungry. Overall my experience was things were fine including watching a little girl about 2 years old running all over the place.
This dealership provided a great experience. they were very professional, Ivan is the go to sales man. I will be buying another car before the end of the year and I will definitely choose this dealership. Thank you. sincerely : Patrick Christensen

Northwest Chevy has been great since they took over. Bought a 2013 from the previous owners, but when Northwest came in customer service has been top notch. I just traded in a car for a new car purchase, everything went as expected. Liz was great, and other staff appeared to care. I would highly recommend this dealership.
