We bought a used Jeep Wrangler for my girlfriend, and she has had a smile on her face since that day. The only negative I can think of is the speaker system. It's a little underwhelming, but we plan on getting a custom system installed.

As an owner of several Nissan models, I highly recommend this brand for anyone who is interested in buying a car or SUV. They have proven to be dependable and virtually trouble free. I've owned Altima (3 in fact) Maxima and Rouge and never had any problems with them.

Had a 2015 CTS, but the backseat was too tight. I liked the Chrysler 300 cars, so I bought this 2015 which had quite a bit more room. It's not as sporty as the CTS, but handles well and rides good. The 5.7 Hemi has plenty of power and the 8 speed automatic is a big improvement over the old 5 speed. Seats are comfortable and made of quality leather
UConnect system is great. These cars are built well and do no rattle and creak.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! A classy car with power leather seats, marble looking dashboard with a Navigation system unbelievable reliable!! Smooth ride and you need to double check your speed bec of the smooth ride.
We landed at Martin Honda due to unexpected car trouble on 95-South during our trek from South Jersey to Alexandria, VA. Fortunately, Kyle's assistance with getting my car repaired and safe to drive again made a bad situation much easier to swallow. He was professional, courteous, and made every effort to keep me in loop on the status of the repair. He even went above and beyond in helping to work with my insurance company regarding coverage and faster timelines. The cherry on top was his willingness to help provide complimentary transportation once I was able to get back to the Newark area, saving myself and my mom a lot of travel and headache. If it weren't for Kyle's exceptional customer service and knowledge, this unexpected situation could have been much, much worse. Can't thank them enough!

It’s the most reliable comfortable best acceleration for a four-cylinder car I’ve ever owned. I loved it and would’ve purchased a new one except for my business I needed a truck.

I previously owned the 2011 Sorento. Loved it so much, that I put 175,000 miles on it. I upgraded to the 2019 Sorento. Love the heated seats, dual climate control, the 3rd row will be nice when I have a car full of people, and I love the backup camera.
After searching several dealerships trying to make the right decision for our college graduate. Martin Honda was the best fit. They took the time to find exactly what we requested in a vehicle and had patience throughout the entire process. Walt, Chris, Julian, Betty, Marty and Michael Pijuan were absolutely awesome. Old technology and outdated

Not a sturdy car, outdated in technology. Too much plastic inside and outside. Sports grill looks good but very delicate. Lexus must update this car. Doesn’t have the comforts for the driver or passenger.
I bought my first vehicle here a few months ago and still had another car older with a decent amount of miles on it. We went in and had yet ANOTHER amazing experience from start to finish with Shari. I can not say enough great things about her! Passionate about her job, her clients and taking care of everything we asked for. In and out with no bumps in the road yet again! Top notch if you are buying a car......do not go anywhere else! Shari and Martin Honda is the BEST of the best.

I love the convenience features in this vehicle, and I'm still discovering new ones. The ride is good, and I feel safer in this vehicle than I did in my previous one. The styling is fantastic; I just love the look, and I'm always checking out other brands, but they can't compare. I never thought I'd buy a white vehicle, but when I saw this white Tucson, I was blown away - it looked to me like a sharp tuxedo, only white with black trim. Sharper than sharp!
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
Noisy and legroom

Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.
I took my car to the dealership for the Takata airbag recall and an oil change and I was very pleased with how quick the process was. My car was finished in three hours. Everyone I talked to was friendly and made the process simple and easy.

Absolutely love everything about the car. I would only say I’m missing a bit of storage in front (sunglasses, etc). Love the size, options, speed, comfort - smooth ride. Everything else is perfection!!
i had an awful experience from a different dealership. After bringing my vehicle to Lexus of Chester springs and working with a Steve V, my mindset about dealerships in general was turned completely around. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience and that everything was taken care of the right way. This dealership has integrity which is hard to come by these days. I will be returning for any future service needs. Thanks steve!
Couple of disappointments

This is my 5th Lexus ES (2018 ES 350). Excellent car. Never had a problem with any of them. However I do have some gripes. They are management related, not a fault of the car. For the 1st year, I was able to use the remote cellphone app which enabled me to check my car's location, start the car remotely, etc. After the 1st year the remote app stopped working & I was told I could pay a monthly fee to reactivate it. This rubs me the wrong way. That app should be included for as long as the 1st owner has the car. The other gripe I have is the remote start would work from the key fob by pressing a specific key sequence. That also stopped working after the 1st year. Even when it did work, the car would shut off as soon as you opened a door. That doesn't make sense. The problem this causes is that I have a one-car garage. I keep the Lexus in the garage so it is not a huge issue. However my wife has a Lincoln SUV which we keep parked outside. We live in PA where winters can be cold. My wife uses the remote starter all the time. She will be trading her car in next year & I suggested she get a Lexus SUV. She said absolutely not because she can't live without the remote starter Especially one that turns off when you open a door. Most definitely a LOST SALE.
Drove around 45 miles to pick up our new SUV. They had the best deals and even had the car PA inspected and full tank of gas. I’ve had Mercs and Beemers and never had this type of service. Very pleased and will definitely deal with again if picking up another Land Rover.

We have three dealership in close proximity in Delaware but chose Brandywine. Why? The honest and superb customer care we received from Keith when we had specifics in mind during our car search.
