Principle Hyundai BoerneReviews
Principle Hyundai Boerne review
Starting with Polite Paul, the AI assistant, to make an appointment, and Tony and Miriam the advisors, my experience was excellent. It was really busy when I brought my vehicle in for service. They were teaming up and juggling customers, such that no one was left unattended and their needs were being met. I’ve never had advisors work as a team at any other dealership like they were doing. Between the two of them, they were getting things done! In reviewing the inspection video by the tech, it became obvious that the individual was new there and was following protocol in the review. The only flaw was that the odometer read 120,000 miles and he was going by that. There was no current notification of the engine replacement Principle did a year and a half ago, which would have shown that there was really only 25,000 miles on that engine. I’m sure that is an exception rather than the rule, but the tech should be able to quickly see a major item like that without having to view that vehicle’s entire history. Just a suggestion on my part, not any problem with the advisors or tech. I have always had excellent customer service at Principle Hyundai.

They worked very hard to get me the Carfax information and allowed me to take the car to the nearby Toyota dealership to check it out. Unfortunately I didn't buy the car because of expensive repairs it needed. But Luis and his boss were very helpful and nice as can be.

Spencer and salesman Cody were very helpful. They worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted not pushing me to something else I didn't want. Thank you Cody I will definitely refer friends and family to them ❤️
2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Justin Dominguez and the entire team at Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, respect, patience, and genuine care. This wasn’t just buying a vehicle — it was an experience that I will truly remember. Justin went above and beyond to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find the vehicle that was the perfect fit for me, my lifestyle, and my needs. He didn’t just try to put me in a vehicle — he took the time to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for ME. That kind of service is hard to find! What impressed me most was the teamwork. Everyone I encountered worked together, communicated, and did everything they could to make things happen. You can tell when a dealership has a great team behind it, and Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep absolutely does! If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Justin Dominguez and this team the opportunity to earn your business. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, your spouse, your kids, or another family member, these are people who genuinely care about helping you find the right vehicle. I walked in looking for a vehicle and walked out feeling like I had been taken care of by people who truly cared about my experience. That says EVERYTHING. Thank you, Justin, and the entire Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep team, for your incredible help, support, kindness, and dedication. You went above and beyond, and I am beyond grateful! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, go see this team — you won’t regret giving them a chance to earn your business!

Hello, my wife and I came in to the dealership last week just looking for a F-150 for a future purchase. We met Mack Jameson, on of your sales guys, and he was so nice and patient with all of our questions. He really took great care of us and we felt right at home working with him.
2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.
