My Experience Buying a Subaru

I have driven past this dealership for over 10 years and never really considered it for a car purchase (no particular reason just never considered it); all of this changed when my current car was totaled in a recent accident. I was just browsing for a car and PJ D. took the time out to listen about my accident, worked through all the features of a Subaru and why it fit my needs and then took the time out to find the exact Subaru model and features I wanted even though the one I wanted was not in his lot. This experience was not like your usual pushy car salesman that relentlessly calls and texts, pushes his/her own agenda, shows only cars on the lot or the one that makes them the most profit. I am sure at some level the car I chose and got benefits the dealership but that's just the nature of business. The extra level of bringing the exact car color, trim, features all within 24hours was not necessary and it was much appreciated during this hectic time for me. The car PJ ended up bringing into the dealership was fully loaded with all optionals which I could have cared less for initially, however now that I have them and use them, I absolutely love the car and glad to have them! Again, going above and beyond with the same price we discussed. I just want to say a public thank you PJ and the Subaru team, hopefully this is the experience everyone who comes to your dealership receives. Our other car is getting old and will definitely need replacing soon, I hope we have the same experience again if we decide on a Subaru!
