First time ever purchasing a used car and found BHM online. I live in MI and was somewhat apprehensive about buying without seeing in person but only in photos, but car was everything I thought it would be. Sales associate Nader lead me thru the whole process and answered any questions I had and was very helpful and friendly. I'm now driving around in my S5 Audi and loving it and would HIGHLY recommend this dealer, and if you find what you're looking for make sure and ask for Nader and tell them Jeff sent you.

We drove almost two hours to this dealership to look at a 2003 Wrangler that they had. The trip was well worth it. Mark and his team were pleasant and accommodating, and made what can sometimes be a grueling process very quick, easy, and hassle-free. The next time we are in the market for a pre-owned car, I will not hesitate to check out their inventory and make the trip again.

Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
What a difference buying from a family-owned and operated business makes! I have purchased many vehicles from private sellers to mom and pop shops to mega dealerships...NEVER have I had a better experience than working with Blake and the Security team. They took the time to understand my needs and goals, found the perfect vehicle for me and worked to get me the best price and financing options to fit my budget. I was very specific in what I wanted, and Blake never stopped working to find the ideal match. In the end, the Finance Manager John actually found an additional rebate for me bringing my payment below what I was prepared to sign for! Walking into the dealership with my wife and two kids, felt like we were at a family member's home, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you to Blake, John and the Vigorito family for making this an incredible experience, we will ABSOLUTELY be back.

Hi my name is Roy I would just like to say to the service that I received from Luciano and the other co-workers was just phenomenal and they were very patient with me as we were very patient with them they hook me up with an amazing car ,a kea 2011 ,and they were very flexible with my payment selection ,and I'm thankful for the service that they gave me and I just hope that their business increases over time, And they are amazing people in the end of the day and more people should go and shop at their business , and you won't go wrong shopping for what could most likely be your first car.

John The Finance Manager is a great guy, he is an asset for R/T Auto Center. To be honest I probably wouldn't have gotten the 2022 Mercedes-Benz S500 if it wasn't for him patiently working with myself on the phone & my out of town lender for a quick easy funding process. I would do future business with John again in the future, he has excellent customer service, communication and follower-thru. Thank You 🙏🏾

South Shore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Last week I said that that same vehicle was a 4x2 and not a 4x4. This week the photo was sent to me again. Only this time it did not say 4x2. I am interested in a 2024 ram 2500, Laramie, gasoline, 4x4. I would like a bench seat, with a 12-in screen, a 360 camera, complete tow package, night edition package, including all the Laramie edition packages. We prefer grey, dark blue, Patriot blue, dark red, white, and possibly the black but that's our least favorite. Please only send vehicles with these descriptions listed above. Oh and having a bed liner and a back window cover, and with rubber mats but baby icing on the cake. Please only send vehicles matching the description above.

2020 RAM 1500 review
I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

D & P Auto SalesReviews
D & P Auto Sales review
I’ve bought two cars from D&P Auto, and when I need another one, I’ll definitely go back. Before finding D&P, I found car shopping really stressful. Used cars can feel overwhelming with all the different mileage, history, condition, pricing, and versions out there, and I never felt confident that I knew if I was making the right decision. D&P was recommended to me because of their excellent reputation in the community, and they completely lived up to it. Phil, Nick, and Terry were honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured, which meant a lot to me. They clearly take pride in the cars they sell and go above and beyond in getting them ready for their customers. Their warranty also gave me extra peace of mind. Roberta was very helpful with financing options and made that part of the process much easier too. What I like most is that I can tell them my budget and what I need, and trust them to help me find the right fit. I’m not a person who wants to compare every detail of every car — I just want the best quality for my money — and that’s exactly why I keep going back. Family-owned, trustworthy, and professional. Highly recommend.

It’s a good dealership: you get a fair deal. Just inconvenient parking and location: Andy Yew is a very caring salesman. I got a better deal here than at Security. All good. Ed
2020 RAM 1500 review
Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

MINI of DarienReviews
MINI of Darien review
I've been taking my car to the Mini Dealership since I purchased it. I've always been treated with kindness, respect, and the job is always well done. I've heard horror stories about people dealing with the dealership and with Mini of Fairfield County, that couldn't be furthest from the truth. I feel that my car is always in good hands and I'm always satisfied with the work. They always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. I've recommended this dealership to friends as a result of the customer service I've received.

Ourisman Ford of ManassasReviews
Ourisman Ford of Manassas review
On August 28 I bought a 2026 Ecoboost Mustang in Adriatic Blue to replace my 2017 that was need of major repair. I worked with Dean Orbell, who made the experience quick and easy. A few days later I noticed a small ding on the passenger door, and Ourisman took the car in for repair. Unfortunately the body shop left the car with the door removed out in the elements and that evening we had a terrible thunderstorm which caused the passenger compartment to be flooded. Unfortunately this was heading into Labor Day and I couldn’t get the problem resolved until the following Tuesday. I worked again with Dean, Abraham and Cesar to get into a replacement Mustang. While it was an upsetting situation with the body shop, the team at Ourisman corrected the problem and made me very satisfied. I have to give special recognition and thanks to Dean for his professionalism and support in getting me into a new car. I would most certainly buy another car from Dean.

CarMax Lynchburg review
We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!
