AutoMax Preowned FraminghamReviews
AutoMax Preowned Framingham review
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the AutoMax in Framingham. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). However, what really made the experience worthwhile and very appreciable was the salesperson Matheus. "Matt" is really a great salesperson. Much different from others I have met and dealt with. Matt is extremely Knowledgeable and professional - Great Hire and Asset! I will continue to do future business with AutoMax and will refer my family and friends as well. Mark

Nucar Toyota of North AttleboroReviews
Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro review
If you go to Nucar in North Attleboro ask directly for Khalid Mahfouz. I had been to several Toyota dealerships and none of the sales people could find the car I wanted. We walked into Nucar North Attleboro sat down at Khalid’s desk, and within ten minutes he had two cars to show us that met our qualifications. Khalid was attentive, conscientious, and always responsive to phone calls and questions. There were a couple of challenges in the process of finally picking up the car, but that had nothing to do with Khalid and he kept the lines of communication open. I highly recommend working with Khalid, he a kind and professional individual.

No hassle from sales to financing ,best pressure free car buying,I have ever experienced. Would and have recommended to all looking to buy
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

I have bought my second vehicle from them. They left me alone to browse at my leisure, which I appreciate. Excellent service both times.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

The people at the service dept were great. The issue is after my service I have been being pestered by text and emails to take surveys and reviews non stop. Very frustrating! For that reason alone I may find a different place for service. I get at least 2 text a day since I got the service, there is no reason for that.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

I just brought home my new-to-me 2017 Volvo from Ron Bouchard Chrysler Dodge Ram, and I love it! What made this car-buying experience so positive was the time and care salesperson Derek Torres and Manager Bill demonstrated toward me. They were respectful, listened to what I was looking for, and explained the buying process in such a way that I felt confident in my purchase. Thanks so much, Derek and Bill!

2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Volvo Cars of PlymouthReviews
Volvo Cars of Plymouth review
From the moment I inquired online about the availability of a car, the service was exceptional. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, the staff greeted us warmly, were very efficient and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. They provided honest and transparent information about the available used cars, guiding us through the selection process without any pressure. During the test drive, the Mike, the sales person was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had about the vehicle's history and condition. When it came time to the price, the dealership was fair and reasonable, offering a competitive deal that reflected the value of the car and our budget. There were no hidden fees or unexpected surprises, making the purchasing process smooth and straightforward. After completing the sale, the dealership continued to provide excellent service by assisting with the paperwork and ensuring that the car was properly registered and ready for the road. Additionally, after we took the car home, I received a call stating that they received a more competitive rate from a financial institution. Great news when they notified me that our monthly payment would be lower than planned. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. Their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

Anchor Auto Group - Subaru Nissan review
We had hoped to have a good car buying experience when we went to Anchor Subaru and instead we had a great experience with our salesman Frantz. He listened very well to get an understanding of what we were looking for. In a short time he had shown us one of a few cars that became exactly what we were looking for. We decided the next day to trade in our other car for a new Crosstrek. We couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled and we love both of our recently purchased cars. All of our interactions with Frantz were very easy and accomodating. We had a hitch put on one of our recently purchased vehicles and Jack in the Service Department handled that experience so well. The waiting room at the dealership is very relaxing and roomy. Snacks and drinks are available as complimentary. Anchor Subaru stands out as a top dealership! We have purchased vehicles here before and it is always a pleasure.
