I've been to a lot of dealerships where I constantly feel ripped off. Lisa Hibbard at Sarasota Honda has always made me feel like she's working to help me the customer. Very thankful for her customer service.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Walker Ford review
I would recognize Jorge Colon alongside Ryan Holcomb, while still giving Ryan special recognition for his leadership. A special shout-out to **Ryan Holcomb, Service Drive Manager, and Jorge Colon!** We sincerely appreciate the assistance, professionalism and care they provided during such a stressful situation. Ryan deserves particular recognition. We can certainly see why he holds the position of Service Drive Manager. His leadership, dedication and commitment to customer service truly stood out. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Jorge for his assistance and contributions throughout the process. I only wish this level of customer service extended to our dealership back home in Canada. **Whiteoak Ford Lincoln could certainly learn a thing or two from Walker Ford when it comes to customer care, professionalism and making customers feel valued.** Thank you again to Ryan, Jorge, the technicians and the entire Walker Ford team. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and you have certainly left a lasting positive impression on this Canadian family!

I was assisted thru the steps of purchasing a vehicle by David Anderson. I must say that he took the time to answer any questions that was needed. I tell you his experience comes with age. This car company is blessed to have someone jof his saviness.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

I worked with Joe Cabusao. He was FANTASTIC!!! He was friendly but professional. He made my experience at the dealership worth going in! All though I didn't buy a vehicle right now. Because of Joe I WILL be buying a RAM from Suncoast. And he will definitely be the salesperson I will be working with.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tampa Bay review
The salesmen that helped me was really nice and had good customer service experience. I was not interested though in the car.
2023 RAM 1500 review
My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Terrific experience with Aidan! He was not like other used car salesmen. He was professional but also personable while listening to my needs and wasn’t the least bit pushy.
