I found the elusive trim level of Jeep I wanted here and was unsure of how negotiations would go. I was more than satisfied with every aspect of my purchasing experience. My salesperson Johnny was extremely knowledgeable and the sales manager Jim was incredibly flexible. The whole process was low stress and I left with my dream Grand Cherokee. Thanks Key Auto!

Always had pleasant experiences, problems (when arise) were resolved quickly. Never really had a honest complaint. The wife (Ilene) loves this place!
2023 RAM 1500 review
My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

I made an appointment to have a Safety Recall service performed. very convenient appointment was made for this and rather than wait for completion of the work I was offered and accepted transportation to and from my home. The service and the personnel were excellent.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Merchants Automotive Group review
I bought my first real car at merchants and it was a great and educational experience, Damien Gutierrez sold me the car and he was amazing and explained everything so well and i felt very comfortable with the whole process, he was honest and made sure i didn’t feel any pressure, he was also incredibly quick with the entire process it took up little of my time and i was in my new car quickly.

Bob Mariano Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I can’t say enough great things about the whole Bob Mariano team. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was so quick, easy in and out and through. They even had coffee and snacks in the waiting area! Every employee that walked by me while I was in the waiting area walked by with a smile. I feel right at home here. I’ve been a life long customer and will continue to keep coming to Bob Mariano’s!
