Last week I called and talk to a girl named Bianca she was so nice, and friendly to me I wanted to bring my car in for a oil change that day at 3:30 after i got out of work well everything was booked for that day so Bianca told me if I could be there for 3:30 then she would squeeze me in for that day. she was so helpful, and accommodating that this made my night even better. thank you Bianca for helping me .

I was very happy with my experience in buying a used truck. Daniel and everyone else that I dealt with were very helpful. I had a type of truck in a certain price range. They found one for me within a week.

Recently had the radiator replaced. They were quick with the repair. Also had the rear brakes serviced. New pads and rotors. The original problem was an antifreeze smell from under the hood. Tyler was professional and kept me informed along the way. The cost of the repairs were on a par with local shops, but theirs came with 2 year warranty unlimited miles on the radiator and 1 year 12,000 miles on the brakes. They turned this Pacifica around in 1 day.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I worked with Mark, Justin, and Dominique and all were exceptionally professional. They really worked hard to earn my business and I felt like I was in the driver's seat the entire time. They have an excellent knowledge base about the Jeep Renegade that I bought and were genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. Five stars!

Absolutely love this dealership. We recently purchased our third car. We returned to Putnam Jeep because we had a great experience with our last two grand Cherokees and trust them. This time we were searching for a very specific used Wagoneer. I had looked at a few other dealerships locally that had the car and the sales experiences were terrible (salesmen knew nothing about the cars, had a take it or leave it attitude and were more interested in my trade than selling me a vehicle). So even though at the time Putnam Jeep didn’t have what we were looking for on the lot, we decided to go to the dealership we trusted. In these modern days of divisiveness, it’s hard to believe that a dealership with such poor loyalties would go above and beyond for a person that most would consider being the enemy. Dennis Freeman and Mike Santos made my family's 11 purchase a no-brainer. I was getting ready to take my 4-hour drive round trip to pick up a new truck for a family member.
