New and used 2026 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Granger, IA

purchased a new truck from Deery Brothers at the end of January. My experience was exceptional. Elizabeth James was my sales person, and she helped take care of all my needs. When I found the right vehicle she stayed after closing time and made sure I was helped until the end. I would more than recommend her to anyone for a great car Buying experience.

The deal was pretty much trouble-free, and I got 4% under invoice pricing on the deal. I had to fly up to Granger Iowa from Houston TX to pick up my truck. So far, the truck has run beautifully with no problems. I would recommend this dealership, specially if looking for the absolute best pricing possible on a vehicle.

I haven't purchase yet but so far I am please with the price we came up with and the car seems in very good condition. They seem friendly and willing to please the customer. They will go far with that attitude and sell a lot of vehicles . Some how right from the get go you have a science you buying from a reliable dealer. I live on the west coast and bought my Ford F-350 "remotely" from Granger - and could not be happier with my experience.
