Hanna knows her job well and was very helpful with our purchase. She went over and above to make sure we were happy with the car we bought. She also set up all of our electronics to the car and was detailed on showing us how to use all features.

This was my 3rd purchase in a row from Hudson Chrysler. Joe Ard, was the salesman the past two times. It was nice to work with a familiar and knowledgeable salesman. He promptly answered questions and had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival. The used car was thoroughly detailed at time of pick up. Purchasing process was a breeze. Bridget Cavalier, in finance office, was pleasant and had all the paperwork in order. No pressure to buy warranties, etc. Joe took time to educate me on the car's features, connect my phone, etc. In the future, I will continue shopping for vehicles and servicing my vehicles here.

Cornerstone Ford Chrysler review
Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Shakopee review
We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and they had several to choose from. Cynthia was most helpful in explaining the features and guiding us through the entire process from the financing to the test drives. Was not expecting to drive away with it that day, but everything went smoothly. Exceptional service from your sales person, Cynthia. Would highly recommend!
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

Recently I bought a 2021 TRX from this dealer. They made the entire process very easy, gave me an extremely fair price, and were very efficient when it came to picking up the truck and filling out paperwork. The entire process took around only 20 minutes and I was on the road. I would definitely recommend Steve and this dealership.

Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of ShakopeeReviews
Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Shakopee review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Paul Talbot at Apple Dodge! I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Paul Talbot at Apple Dodge in Shakopee! From the very beginning, Paul was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had ordered a new truck and was eagerly waiting for it to be built, and throughout the entire process, Paul went above and beyond to keep me informed and updated on its progress. What I appreciated most was his incredible patience with me! I was constantly reaching out, asking questions, and checking on the status of my build. Not once did Paul make me feel like I was bothering him. He was always friendly, professional, responsive, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and understands how exciting and important a vehicle purchase can be. Paul made the entire experience that much better, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and attention he gave me. A huge thank-you to Paul and the team at Apple Dodge in Shakopee! If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend reaching out to Paul. He has absolutely earned my trust, my appreciation, and my recommendation! Thanks again, Paul, for helping make the experience of getting my new truck such a positive and memorable one!

Bought my first truck from this dealership and had a great experience. Antoine was incredibly helpful. Before I even got to the dealership he was helping me with my trade-in and getting all of the info for financing. He was able to show me several trucks before finding the one I ended up purchasing.
