I have purchased 3 vehicles from the dealership from Randy Stovsky , and its always a pleasure. Always knows my needs and my budget and never is pushy. Will work hard for you to make the deal happen. The rest of the sales team is also very helpful in every way to make you feel like family. Thanks so much.

The people at Deacon were easy to work with. Low key and professional! I picked up my vehicle yesterday. I got red velvet since I’m tired of gray, black and silver.

Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook Park review
Ed was SO helpful! We had such a great experience with him and the rest of the team at Spitzer! Buying a new car can be such a daunting process but he listened to what we were looking for without the pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. AND he was able to steer us in the right direction, keeping in mind the features we were looking for and our budget.

very happy at he New service center at Spitzer Jeep Ram. Brookpark OH. i needed a recall that was way over due on my "new 2013 " Dodge, they cared for that at no cost to me and an oil change , they found a mouse house hiding under the hood and evicted them at no charge , very helpful. Thanks Spitzer !

Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. Chris passes me off to Kim who did the financing and she was awesome also. Such a smooth transaction.

Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Unfortunately, we didn't buy the car because I overlooked the fact that it did not have a sunroof which is a dealbreaker for me. Our salesman Armando did a great job presenting all the facts, was not high pressure and was respectful of our time. I would definitely go back because I had a wonderful experience.

Professional , experienced and Knowledgeable staff. Friendly, no hassle experience and will not buy a vehicle elsewhere. Only thing that will push me to buy somewhere else is if Dave (sales person) retires or want to buy another manufacturer.

First time I ever commented on a dealership. I have to say that this dealership is over and above in regards to sales and service.
