I've been doing business with Baker Chevrolet since they came to Reds Springs our family did business with previous owner. They have always treated there customers with respect. Regardless of what type of vehicle you desire if they don't have it they will get it. Recommend sales and service.

I’ve been looking for a new truck for awhile now and found one at Baker that I was interested in. So me and my wife went and looked at it and Taylor Smith came out and greeted us outside. He answered every question we had and worked with us to make sure we drove away with a new truck. Needless to say me and my wife BOTH drove away in brand new vehicles. Hands down best experience buying a vehicle. Taylor was excellent!!
Both of the salesmen were very helpful in assisting me in buying my first car, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealer. The process was very straight forward and they didn’t try to manipulate me which I appreciate.

I had a really good experience at Reed-Lallier Chevy. Octavia and I actually spent about 20 minutes trying to find the vehicle I wanted.I wasn???t pressured after my initial visit. I had time to weigh my options without being pressured. When I decided to purchase Octavia and Emmanuel addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was good before moving to financing. Emmanuel was very transparent through the process taking a lot of stress out of the car buying experience. David was helpful taking the time to provide additional information I requested.
He is very helpful and gave me a lot of suggestions,very kind, and answered my questions very patient. When I lost my only key to the car in the car, he helped me to contacted someone to help me open the door.
They quickly received the part after it needed to be ordered. They made a courtesy call to ask for when would the car be available for repair because the part was in. I decided to drop it off early in the morning and leave it but before my wife could come and pick me up it was repaired. Excellent repair with quality care given!!
Traveling heavy for business I purchase a new car Approx. Every 18 months. My most recent ride has been the 2013 Avalon XLE purchased from Pinehurst Toyota and guided by P.Toyota's outstanding representative Jordan Kelly. The Avalon XLE served me exceptionally well, but after 66k in 16 months it was time to trade. Upon seeking out Jordan again he helped to make what has often been, shall we say, an undesirable & straight up unpleasant experience over the years & He streamlined my new car purchase into an enjoyable, exciting & awesome experience. After Investing a Great deal of time and research myself over the past 30 days I quickly concluded that the Avalon Limited is the car for me. Friday 11/21/14 I purchased the 2014 Limited and so far I couldn't by more satisfied. Thank you to Jordan, Paul, & Orion & P.Toy. team for taking Great care of me again. I will be back when time rolls around to trade.
I had my Buick Encore annual inspection done. I waited for my vehicle and found the waiting room to be clean and comfortable and the inspection was completed in a timely manner.
