However, after talking with salesperson Randy Cobb, my concerns quickly went away. He was a straight shooter and a pleasure to deal with. I wish more car dealerships had salespeople and practices like this. He was transparent about the condition of the vehicle. He didn’t treat negotiations like a game. He treated us with respect. Needs to have the dead pedal issue repaired, very dangerous when youre passing on the street or highway, dealer seems to act blindly in this issue.

After our truck being totaled, we began our search for a used truck and found our way to Lithia. We met Sales Representative Kevin Emhoff. We spent the better part of two weeks looking not only around town but also at Lithia, and Kevin was patient and listened to all our wants, needs, and don't wants. Kevin was able to find us a vehicle that met all our needs. We found their in-house financing easy and reasonable. I highly recommend Kevin for his exceptional customer service and diligence in helping us find a vehicle.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I would feel completely confident recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I called in a truck and asked the salesman some questions. He was pretty helpful until I asked him about the check engine light. He said he didn’t know if there was a check engine light or if there was, what the code(s) might be. I loved the truck and had cash, but decided not to drive an hour one way without having more solid information. I was disappointed.
