Manny Temkin was the Sales Associate I worked with on the phone and in person, and Manny did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with the whole process. He is very courteous, respectful, helpful, appreciative, knowledgeable, and very willing to provide or find answers to any questions I had regarding my new car. He also told me how important it was to him and his team to make sure the customer has a great experience, and that they take great pride in making sure the customer is satisfied with their car buying experience and delighted with their new vehicle. My under warranty Escape was stalled in Hudson, WI and we received quality care for our care and compassionate treatment. Dylan, Nate, and the technician were fantastic to work with and we are grateful that if our car had to fail, it did so half a mile from Hudson Ford.

Needs to have the dead pedal issue repaired, very dangerous when youre passing on the street or highway, dealer seems to act blindly in this issue.

Honest people who followed through with the offers as promised for an out of state customer with a trade for a new vehicle. Lance provided side by side videos to compare the models I was debating. Very good experience and care for how busy they were on a Saturday. Financing was good I was pre approved through my bank but I would of had to wait a few days to get the car and a lot of running around but they got me a good rate so everything was done that day and we where able to take vehicle that day would highly recommend Morrie's
