2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

2017 RAM 2500 review
Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I was having issues with the steering or alignment on my Jeep. I made the appointment and they got me in right away. Josh Petty was my service writer and he exceeded my expectations. He did a thorough inspection and made several recommendations. I appreciated this as I am always concerned for my safety as well as the safety of my passengers. I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
2023 RAM 2500 review
I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it
