Shout out to Kenny, my salesperson. I suggest you call and ask for him. He is the best. Everyone here is. I am in Jacksonville fl. I was searching nationwide for a 392 wrangler. McLarty Daniel CJDR Springdale made the process smooth and easy, even from 900 miles away. Did the whole deal over the phone and email. Arranged shipping. Kept me updated every step of the way. Not only did I get the car I was searching for, I got an amazing deal and top notch process from u quiet to signing paper work w the finance team. 10/10 highly recommend.

McLarty Daniel Buick GMC review
Purchased a new GMC truck from Tim Cheney and had a great experience. No pressure and quick. Very helpful with explaining the vehicle technology.
2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

Crain Volkswagen of FayettevilleReviews
Crain Volkswagen of Fayetteville review
I've been visiting this dealership fairly regularly since Crain bought the VW dealership. I regularly get my GTI and Beetle serviced there and I traded in my 2013 GTI for a 2016 GTI. Overall, I find the service department to be excellent in regards to taking care of my vehicles. They aren't cheap or fast, but they do it right and I'm willing to pay a premium for that fact. The experience of buying from them will likely vary depending upon which salesperson you get. Some are real car people and know the ins and outs of the brand, others there less so. When I bought my 2016, I met with the first available person, but when I mentioned some specific options that I wanted, the person clearly didn't know the VW shorthand that I was using, such as DCC. I walked out at that point. I then set up a meeting with Wes, who I knew had a great handle on the ins and outs of VW cars, and he took care of me. We ended up having a car brought in from KC and Crain matched the KC dealer's advertised sale price on the car, so I felt like I got a great deal and that they treated me fairly. I suspect that most dealers have a similar salesperson issue of some being into cars and others just into selling you something. Their new facilities are a huge improvement over the Rogers location and the temporary Springdale location. Unless something weird happens, I expect to buy my next GTI or T-Roc (VW send it to the US!) from Crain and I will head directly for Wes, if he is still there next year.

I just can't begin to say enough about Bryant Adams and Superior. He personally went above and beyond for me to get me in my new Jeep. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family to Bryant and Superior. My situation was a difficult one, he had to bring the Jeep to my home for me to even test drive. We did everything from my driveway and with his help and understanding it all went very smoothly. I hope Superior knows just how fortunate they are to have Bryant on their team. I will be a loyal customer, thanks to the wonderful service I was given! Thank you, Bryant Adams!!

2020 RAM 2500 review
Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.

I love this dealership! I’ve have bought several pre-owned and new cars from this dealership. All the sales people and finance people are really friendly and knowable. And they answer my questions. I just recently bought a new Chevy Tahoe 4WD and I thought for sure I would drive Ricky Jamison my sales person crazy with all my questions and the changing of my mind on things, but he was patient and kind. The service department is also very kind and courteous. Being a woman it’s nice to be treated as a person when something goes wrong instead of the mental attitude that because I’m a woman I don’t know anything. I’ve been to several Chevy dealerships in Arkansas and this one by far is the best. Keep up the good work!

Extremely comfortable for a 6'4" 240 lb. driver, even after hours of driving. Lots of power...good economy for the hp (unless pulling a trailer)...like the upgraded big screen and navigation software on the Big Horn. Good ride for a HD 2500. Great turn radius.

Chevrolet of Fayetteville review
My casual visit to Chevrolet of Fayetteville turned into an awesome event. I found the perfect vehicle sitting on their lot and the salesman and I went inside to go over my trade-in and the new vehicle pricing. I felt the offer made by the salesman was fair for both my trade and the new Chevrolet. The salesman, Dustin Miller, was extremely courteous and friendly. We found that we were both from the same home town so we discussed lots of topics. The entire paperwork process was quick, smooth, and very detailed about everything I was signing for. The entire visit was less than an hour! Super easy, super sweet deal.
2022 RAM 2500 review
Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Of Siloam SpringsReviews
Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Of Siloam Springs review
I had an amazing experience buying my Scat Pack Widebody at Superior Dodge, thanks to Ben and Craig! Ben was professional, honest, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure the car I drove a long distance for was exactly what I wanted and in the condition I was hoping to find. I felt heard, respected, and taken care of every step of the way. Ben never made assumptions about a woman coming in to buy a Scat—he treated me like a fellow enthusiast and we had a great conversation about cars in general. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, and I drove off with total confidence and appreciation for him, in a car that I absolutely love. Huge shoutout to Craig in finance as well! He made the paperwork painless and was just as committed to making the process easy and transparent. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about your experience and will go the extra mile to make it right, ask for Ben and Craig at Superior Dodge. Highly recommend! P.S. Ben—I beat my first of many Mustangs today 😉 Loving every minute in this beast. Thank you!

Both Evan and Chris were very accommodating and helped me get the best deal I could. They also paid very close attention to detail in making sure the truck was perfect before it left the lot.

Great customer service with friendly staff! They were quick with getting the papers ready to sign, I was in and out in less than an hour and a half and that was including a test drive! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new car!
2023 RAM 2500 review
I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

2026 RAM 2500 review
Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.

Paige was great to work with! We needed a Ram 1 ton for towing and she took care of us...100% recommend!!
2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

CarMax St. Louis Mid Rivers Mall review
Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.
