The issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction, at no charge, and the service department also conducted a premium-level wash and dressing on the exterior, along with vacuuming the interior, a nice surprise went I went to pick it up. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. I love getting my Jeep serviced at Freedom in Duncanville because the employees are so nice! Daveon Smith greeted me at once as soon as I arrived and got my Jeep in for it's oil change. I've read another review about the dated look of the waiting room; but too me, none of that matters when the staff is so nice. I've been to the "fancy" service department at the Arlington dealership and the service was horrible both times I went for a simple tire change there. Arlington's staff were rude by changing the TV channel while customers were watching, or simply turning the TV off. Also both times I was at Arlington I got there at 8:00 and was there after 3pm. So I will take the dated waiting room of Duncanville with the friendly staff any day. Arlington has proven fancy isn't better.
