He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. We stopped by the dealership on a Saturday to listen to the sound system in the 2026 Jeep Cherokee. After looking through the window of several Cherokees, a salesperson walked by and asked if we needed assistance. We told him we wanted to listen to the base and upgrade sound systems in the Cherokee. He promptly retrieved the keys and after listening to the two systems we decided the upgraded system was what we wanted. They had several units in transit with the exact package we wanted, and we told him we would return when they arrived. Our salesperson, Juan, called when the vehicle we wanted arrived. An appointment was scheduled and Juan did an awesome job having the vehicle ready when we arrived for our road test and inspection. He introduced use to AiMan in finance to finalize the paperwork. We were in great hands with AiMan who took the time to explain the various finance options in a way we understood and explained the paperwork we were signing. This was the beginning of an AWESOME experience, which continues with Juan and AutoNation sending text messages with helpful videos and links just in case we need to ask for help.

Had genuinely the best experience with Jorge Servin ever. I walked in knowing what I wanted and he said great and got to it. The car I wanted had sat on the lot for some time, so the battery was dead. This man went out there IN THE RAIN and tried to get it started. Did I mention I showed up right when it started to rain? I did ask him if it was going to be an issue and he assured me it wouldn't be. So he and two techs went and got it started so I could test drive it. Came back that same day and bought it with my husband. He was very kind and not pushy AT ALL. Which was refreshing. He made sure I got a brand new battery and that my car was show room ready when I bought it. 10/10 would recommend.

The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union.
