We drove two hours from the East coast with our truck and travel trailer as trade, after working with the internet department, to purchase our new Traverse. I was blown away. Ferman has totally upset the car buying experience. When we set out to buy this car, based on previous car buying experiences at other dealers, I meant it when I said I'd rather have another root canal or prep for another colonoscopy than have to deal with a car dealer. They gave us a trade-in value on our truck and trailer before we came from photos and VIN numbers, and offered the price for the Traverse that was advertised on the internet. Even adding back the dealer prep fee, they sold the car for $1411 below invoice. We had done our research, and frankly, I had no information with which to argue the price. They also offered us $3500 more than our local dealer (where we did the traditional four hours with the salesman negotiating price - too long to tell what went wrong there, but we left very unhappy.) When we arrived for our appointment, Nate was waiting for us with the car. He was extraordinarily friendly and a pleasure to deal with. But my wife and I continued to wait for the catch. Are they going to say we don't qualify for one of their incentives? Are they going to argue that the inspection uncovered something with the trade-in? Were they going to sign us up for an usurious interest rate with their preferred lender? We remained skeptical until we were done with the finance officer (and got a lower interest rate than our own bank said was available!) We saved over $5000 from what our local dealer offered. I never thought I would say this about ANY car dealer, but not just recommended, but HIGHLY recommended! Ferman demonstrated what the car buying experience CAN be. The only thing Ferman retains from the traditional dealer industry that gives them a crooked reputation is the dealer prep fee. But as I said, I added that back to their price when comparing against invoice. This is really the only negative thing I could come up with. Oh yeah....the family LOVES the car.

Rivard GMC used to service our Yukon XL and the service and professionalism was always top notch. It was this experience and familiarity that led us back to them when we were looking for a mid-size truck. After visiting another GMC dealer where they made little attempt to try and meet our requirement, we went to Rivard. We originally went there to look at a slightly used truck and test drove it but the price was not much less than a new one. Mr Anthony Edwards was very patient and very professional as he showed us their used inventory and newer options. He was very pleasant and forward with valuable information and not pushy with probing questions. He listened to our questions, answered them and offered options. He showed us several new models and broke down the numbers and all were on par or better with another dealer's offer. But his willingness and patience to assist us was the exceptional factor in accepting a very good offer on a new model and gave us a couple of days to ponder. Afterwards we went to a nearby Chevy dealer where we looked at their counterpart model. We told the sales rep we also looked at the GMC version and he concurred the GMC models were a little higher quality than the Chevy version. When we decided on a comparable model and attempted to negotiate a price, the Chevy offer was at least $500 more on supposedly/admittedly a lesser quality than a GMC. They asked what would it take for us to accept their more expensive offer and we reiterated that they have to give us an incentive in lower price to bring us over from the GMC offer. They were not willing to do so and we accepted Mr Edwards offer at Rivard GMC. Mr Anthony Edwards without a doubt has been the most pleasant auto sales rep we have ever dealt. After dealing with other dealers, we felt very confident we received a very good deal from Rivard GMC and Mr Anthony Edwards was the key!

I highly recommend Matt Duke as your salesperson. Matt is the best of any auto sales person I have worked with in all my years of buying cars which is well over 45 years. Truly, I felt like I was buying a car and NOT being high pressured like many car salespeople are. The "experience was exceptional" with Matt's consultation. I have to applaud Nancy in the Service Department for taking away so much stress off my shoulders. She was extremely transparent with her communication with what was the issue with my car. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. The 2017 3500 is a great value. My truck is a single rear wheel, long box, 4x4 in Laramie trim and came with the Aisin PTO transmission. The truck does everything exceptionally startling with towing, to interior space and comfort, fit and finish. I bought it new and it has not had any problems. I look forward to many more miles and memories in this truck!

Jerry Ulm takes care of things and the staff is all excellent. However, maybe because they were recently sold, they are letting me down a little. I had an incident with my Chrysler Crossfire. The insurance adjusted came to Jerry Ulm where it had been towed in. No one notified me. Tires, rims, cross ties etc were fixed, but when I went to pick it up it also had had damage that no one had noticed or picked up. My service advisor told me to make an after claim, and sure enough my excellent insurance company is covering it. But no acknowledgement of my time and extra effort is mentioned. The damage included two new rims and three new tires. These are high performance $250 each tires. It seems like I am in there all the time to get these tires fixed and the report is always that they are not fixable. Sure enough, less than five months later, one got a nail in an "unfixable" spot and I need a new tire. Why can't we ever get road hazard coverage I asked my service advisor. He said because they are "high performance" tires, so he never asked in the years we have been dealing wit this. But upon inquiry they are eligible and I feel extremely let down by this incorrect information and lack of good advice. Then with this new tire, I left it for valve cover repair I had been advised on -- $900. The service tech had mentioned it before and I asked to fix it then. Oh no, my service advisor said, Chris just said to watch it. Now the new tech said let's go forward. My service advisor called. Now not only was it the $900 valve covers but a whole additional cover repair -- another $1,000. I told Angelo the Service Manager how let down I felt by this and he said he would look into and try to make an adjustment -- but, as I said, I feel very let down and under-appreciated by these recent three events. They always make things right and staff is excellent, but I feel like with the new ownership they don't care about me any more -- and while things are cheerfully fixed they come with a cheerful extremely more expensive bill and trouble to get there again and my time is never acknowledged as valuable.

I just recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango and the experience was absolutely amazing. I was shopping for a Ford Explorer since we already had a 2007 Durango with 185,000 miles on it and we need to upgrade (it has been a fantastic SUV for us). We wanted a change but we decided just to take a peak at the Durango since there was a ton of over priced Explorers everywhere and came across a Durango on their website. I live in Orlando so it was a a hike to get there so I emailed the dealership to inquire about the Durango I saw. Bruce emailed me back pretty quick and it was a fantastic experience from that point. Never was I pushed into anything and just him actually listening to what we were looking for was the key for me. He didn't once force me into anything. We drove the Durango to see if we would like it over the Explorer we were looking at and it didnt even compare. WOW what a smoother ride it was and it was way more affordable which it also had more options on it. Lets just way we made a deal shortly after that. When we went back to pick the car up they were setting up for a lunch/dinner for there employees since they won a major Customer Service award from Chrysler and there was a guy setting up all the tables and come to find out it was the owner who was giving his team this lunch/ dinner for his appreciation for their hard work and winning the award. Not many places you actually see the owner there doing work like the rest of them. Even when we dealt with the business manager he was NEVER pushy and explained everything to us. Usually those guys are the sharks and try to get you with all the add ons. Not here my friends. If your looking for a very pleasant and refreshing car buying experience this is the place to go. It was totally worth the drive there to make the purchase. We could've stayed local in Orlando since there are a ton of dealerships here but nothing compared to how we were treated at Tom Edwards. Bruce and team thank you! Way to change a family looking for an Explorer into another Durango to add to our family. I never write reviews but I think after my month of shopping around to all different dealerships and this one being above and beyond they deserved this review.

If anyone has left a bad review, they are mistaken! I was met on 9/7/2017 in the HOT Florida heat by Josh "The Journey" Johnson. After visiting many dealerships that day, Josh was the only sales professionals that met me the moment that I arrived on the HOT asphalt. I told Josh that I would return on 8/9/2017 with my wife to look at Jeep Wranglers. My wife and I were originally interested in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler that was primarily going to be driven by her. She test drove a Wrangler and stated that she couldn't see driving the Jeep everyday back and forth to work. Telling Josh of the change in vehicles. He was excited to hear that we were also interested in the Dodge Journey. Josh said when he began this was the only vehicle that he could sell to customers and he know virtually everything about them, hence the name Josh "The Journey" Johnson. (Hope you like it!) Seeing the excitement in Josh's face. I gave him the opportunity to impress my wife and I. Well, what can I say!! We are happy and proud owners of a 2017 Dodge Journey!! Josh knew his stuff about this vehicle and showed all the bells and whistles that the Journey had to offer. The story does not end there and may get a bit weird from here. I ran into the Financial Service writer "Al" in the bathroom and he began telling jokes while I wore my NY Giants hat. The comedy continued while finishing up the paperwork for our new vehicle. The staff, facility, and the people at Lakeland Dodge JEEP Chrysler are a great group and want to make you happy, comfortable, and pleased with the vehicle that you are purchasing. Josh stopped many times during the process and of looking and test driving making sure that as we continued this was the vehicle that fit our needs. Well Josh!! LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT HOW GOOD GOD IS AND HOW HE SHOWS UP WHEN YOU AREN'T EVEN EXPECTING HIM TO. I FEEL THAT HE WAS THE ONE WHO PLACED TERRY PHILLIPS IN MY PATH THAT DAY. I HAD BEEN HAVING 1 "SMALL" ISSUE WITH MY 2011 NISSAN SENTRA I CALLED IT (SILVER FOX) EVER SINCE I BROUGHT THE CAR A YEAR AGO FROM ONE OF THOSE GOD FORSAKEN BUY HERE PAY HERE LOTS. I WENT TO DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND THEY ALL TOLD ME IT WAS A DIFFERENT ISSUE. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING AS SMALL AS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WHERE A WIRE HAD CAME A LOOSE AND NEEDED TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER OR SOMETHING. EVERY TIME I WOULD START MY CAR IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME TO CRANK OR CATCH, RIGHT?! NO BIGGIE AS IT ALWAYS TURNED ON AND RODE FINE. THAT IS UNTIL THE PROBLEM STARTED WEARING ON MY BATTERY AND I HAD TO GET A NEW BATTERY AND THEN IT DRAINED THAT BATTERY SO I HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE. LAST WEEK I SAID ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I'M JUST GONNA PUT MONEY INTO HER AND FIX HER UP. LAST SATURDAY I PAID FOR $300 IN REPAIRS AND THIS PAST SATURDAY I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR $300 MORE IN REPAIRS, BUT SOMETHING TOLD ME INSTEAD OF GOING BACK TO MEINEKE TO GET IT FIXED LET ME TAKE IT TO NISSAN AND HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT. I MEAN THEY WOULD KNOW THE CAR BETTER THEN ANYONE. HERE IS WHERE YOU INSERT TERRY PHILLIPS THE MAN TO GO TO IF YOU'RE PURCHASING A CAR FOR THE FIRST TIME OR 5TH TIME. WHILE WAITING FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF MY CAR I TALKED WITH TERRY. TERRY MUST'VE SEEN THE WORRY AND STRESS ETCHED ON MY FACE. HE CALMLY ASKED ME WHY I WAS THERE. HE GENUINELY WANTED TO HELP MY SITUATION. HE TOLD ME ABOUT A BRAND NEW 2015 CAR THAT WAS READY TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. MIND YOU IT HAD ALREADY BEEN DETAILED AND EVERYTHING, BUT THE DEAL HE WAS WORKING OUT FOR A WOMAN HAD FALLEN THROUGH. I THINK IT WAS MEANT TO BE MY CAR. WATCH HOW GOD IS ABOUT TO SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT.. TERRY SAID, "VALIA LET'S GO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS 2015 NISSAN SENTRA. IT'S MY LAST 2015 SENTRA AND SINCE YOU HAVE A 2011 I THINK THIS WOULD BE PERFECT FOR YOU." I WAS OPTIMISTIC AND WENT TO LOOK AT THE CAR. JUST WALKING UP TO THE CAR I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE COLOR. IT'S BLUE, BUT IT LOOKS TO HAVE A GREEN UNDERTONE. I GOT IN THE CAR AND BOY WAS IT AMAZING. I MEAN THE WORKS. NEVER THE LESS I WAS IN LOVE. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS GONNA HAPPEN, BUT I KNEW I WANTED THAT CAR. SO WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT THE NUMBERS WOULD LOOK LIKE. DURING THIS TIME SAM WHO WAS THE PERSON GETTING MY CAR LOOKED AT FOR ME CAME TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON WITH MY CAR (SILVER FOX). HE HAD A LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS. FROM THE TRANSMISSION, ALTERNATOR, FUEL PUMP, SENSORS AND MORE. I WAS SHOCKED. HERE I WAS THINKING IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND EASY FIX. IT WASN'T. I WOULD'VE HAD TO PUT IN MORE MONEY THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH TO GET IT BACK TO RUNNING 100%. SAM GAVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK THINGS OVER. AFTER THINKING I TALKED WITH TERRY ABOUT MOVING FORWARD. WE TALKED NUMBERS AND I REALIZED THAT MY MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. HE WENT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO SEE IF MY INQUIRY ABOUT A LOWER PAYMENT WAS POSSIBLE. HE CAME BACK AND TURNED MY FROWN INTO A SMILE. NOT TO MENTION HE SAW ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TEST DRIVING THE CAR NOW KNOWN AS "HEAVENLY BLUE" TO DOING THE FINANCE PAPERWORK RIGHT UP UNTIL I DROVE OFF OF THE LOT WITH MY NEW BABY. THE MORAL OF THIS LONG STORY THAT I TRIED MY BEST TO SHORTEN IS THAT GOD WILL NEVER LAY MORE ON YOU THAN YOU CAN BARE. HE WILL SEE YOU THROUGH ANYTHING IF YOU JUST CONTINUE TO BELIEVE AND HAVE FAITH IN HIM. TAKE NOTHING TO MAN AND EVERYTHING TO HIM. TERRY PHILLIPS YOU ARE THE IT FACTOR THERE! YOU HELPED ME GET MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR. SAY BYE BYE TO PRE-OWNED CARS. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET A CAR IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL BE SURE TO SEND ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO YOU. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Very powerful and decent MPG even while towing. Being a 3500 it’s a bit on the rough side for comfort but it’s a truck. Display is user friendly but the WiFi is crap.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Perfect vehicle for towing my fifth wheel. It has lots of power, great mileage considering it is a tow vehicle, and comfortable cab. The dogs love it too.
