This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

I enjoyed working with Elijah and the rest of the sales team. They provided the information I requested and accepted my decision to purchase the car, but didn't press when I said I wasn't interested in any of the add-ons.

Former franchise owner - needed the car for business operation. Great power, speed, space. I recommend this car for those that are looking for a great value for money vehicle that need space for transportation of general goods and/or service supplies. The space is very convenient for any time of the year, geography and particularly, space for parking.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. On 10/9/25 I dropped my 2024 Honda CRV off at the Dealership at 7:00 am when they opened. My maintenance light had come on with a message that my vehicle needed scheduled maintenance at 11,500 miles, also my tire light had come on 3 times over the previous weeks, and my husband had checked the pressure, and there was one tire that had a slow leak. Billy checked all 4 of my tires and replaced one and filed a claim with my tire policy. He checked my maintenance light and discovered that when I had my last oil change in August they had not reset my maintenance settings, so he fixed that. My car was ready by 11:00 am and I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. It was a pleasant experiance.

Great milage comfort and room for all your deliveries. Have many extra options to choose from. This will be the next van I purchase from Mike brown Dodge

Drives more like a sedan not a van. Solid steering and nice acceleration. Hugs the road nicely and has ample room for suitcases and trips to the grocery as well as weekend projects.

My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.

I had Serge help me with a car finance and my credit was bad. Through his diligence he got me the best rate I could when everyone else denied me. I actually got the car i wanted and the service and his professionalism was top notch. I’ll recommend this and Divan to anyone in my circle.
