Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

The salesman, Mr. Hernandez, was extremely friendly, patience, and very knowledgeable of the Kona. He explained the Kona's feature which I didn't discovered or remembered from our exhaustive research of the vehicle. He explained how to use these features before and during the test drive. Mr. Hernandez did more than selling the vehicle to us. He sold Koons. They should be proud to have such a salesman on their staff, kudo. It's a team effort at Koons, the salesman, sales manager, and the financing manager. We didn't finance, but the paperwork was handled by the financed manager. It's all digital and we were given a flash drive with images of the signed documents. It's our first time buying from Koons. We started out with our long time Hyundai dealer from whom we had bought new vehicle previously. We made an offer which they accepted, then they said, "we made a mistake in MD vs VA sales tax." We are from MD buying from a VA dealership. Fair enough, it was an honest assumption mistake, but they didn't come back with an updated price. We had no time to waste, so we went to Koons. We could have financed and then paid it off after a few payments to take advantage of the HMF $1,500.00 incentive, but the time and effort weren't worth it. We paid cash.

I am the second owner of this Ram C/V Tradesman Cargo Van... so far I have put on 482,500 miles that's right 482,500!!!!! Runs drives stops and performs almost like NEW. The body and interior are in excellent original condition and I've used it hard for work. The only other vehicle I owned that has even come close were my two trucks.. one a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 ST Tradesman Quad Cab and the other a 2012 Ram 1500 ST Tradesman single cab long bed 4x4. The 2009 had 393,000 miles on it when I sold it in almost perfect condition. The 2012 I traded at 158,000 miles for a new Jeep Compass for my wife. Also an excellent vehicle. I just wanted to share how amazing the service and sales process was for my father when I referred him to the dealership.
