Service department staff was very friendly, attentive, listened to our concerns, fixed the problems in a timely manner, and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

This has been such an exciting and smooth purchase. We credit Dan Jones for that. He has made this total experience hassle free. We were able to follow the path our car took along the way. Upon receiving the car, he spent all the time necessary to familiarize us with all the NUMEROUS options. He is still available for any and all questions ( although because of his time spent with us) there was only one. He certainly is extremely knowledgeable about the this car (and all cars). We are indeed enjoying our beautiful car and receiving numerous compliments.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

We purchased our "new to me" Jeep Liberty here from Ray Putnam. Ray was very helpful and worked hard on a good deal for us. The price we agreed upon was very fair, especially for the low miles the jeep has. Ray had promised a few extra things, that I was a little skeptical about, this being a car dealership. What impressed me the most was that BCP Jeep came though with what they promised plus some. I did not expect such integrity, and appreciated it very much. We love our 2011 Jeep Liberty.

Kent County Motors is a great place to shop for a new or used vehicle. The salespeople are attentive and patient and work with your budget. They aren?t pushy or try to get you to overspend. They talk to you like a person, not a dollar sign.
2022 RAM 1500 review
I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

Have taken several vehicles to BCP for service, They have always been friendly and taken time to understand my concerns. They seem very busy , but have always listened to my issues, some places put "you" on hold while they answer a call. I like the personal attention while there. Have never had any complaints with them, always professional. Great staff .. Stew and Will are very good

Looking for a car can be a difficult, tiring, and stressful process. However, my experience with Christopher Blades at Kent County Motors was nothing less of marvelous. I told him a little about myself and what I wanted to get into, and he did the rest. He picked out the PERFECT car for me. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and easily answered any question or concern I had, but he was kind with amazing customer service. This car purchase was by far the best one I've had. I would definitely come back and/or refer family/friends to Kent County Motors or Chris again. THANK YOU!

2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I was very please with my car buying experience at this dealership. I want to commend the crew (from sales and up) for being very helpful, and helping me get a great car that is actually beyond what I was expecting to purchase with my budget. Very friendly as well. I think the biggest complement I can make is my wife telling me "the next car we purchase will be at Hertrich."

Well Dave and Shannon, you did it again!! We were looking on Saturday July 20th for an SUV. THE one wasn't there...yet. Dave called me on the 26th, letting me know he had more in stock. I own my third navigator, they are absolutely best suv made!!! Any way I was having a horrible problem with my steering while driving, we were going to Nc/sc , doing 70 mph with a trailer and then the steering wheel spun to left but wheels stayed straight!!! Almost killed us on i95 in Virginia!!! I was praying that it never happened again and of course I got xxxx luck!!! So we made sure when it happened again that it would be on video!!! Reason for video is we used to go to Springfield Lincoln, it was our second Lincoln dealer in 40 years!!! Chapman/sheehy Lincoln was first dealer they went out of business!!! So when we told Springfield ford first time they laughed at us said it wasn’t possible!!! That was service manager!!! Nice huh!!! So that’s why my son and I had it video from our attorneys video that they have set up on entire suv!!! We had a video now of 3xs in 10 days!!! Even after they watched videos they called up to Lincoln cause Springfield had no idea , they told me it has to crash or come up on computer before they will help us!!! Wow I have paid cash for all of my Lincoln’s!!! Gave owned 3 towncars, 1 mark 8, 2 navigators, 1 mercury cougar, 1 aviator!! With all of this u would think they would treat you better!!!! Springfield Ford is the worst, horrible with customers, and mechanics or lot person damaged dash and it was on video, asked the person if they had by accident damaged anything in vehicle??? Said to me absolutely nothing damaged!!! Then showed him video of him scratching the computer area, his expression said it all!!! Now for Carmen Lincoln all I can say is tytytytytytytytytyty Jesus!!! Think u get the picture!!! As soon as I explained everything that we told Springfield Ford, the service manager did his magic and fixed entire vehicle!!! When I say the day went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my family had a safe vehicle to drive is an understatement, the service manager kept me abreast the entire way of fixing the vehicle, Springfield Ford couldn’t be bothered did not care if we crashed or not it was so bad with Springfield Ford did I actually contact the attorneys gave them all the text and voice messages from Springfield Ford and had something happened to my family the lawyers were able to sue the living xxxx out of Springfield Ford and Lincoln for putting us in danger !!!!’ The absolute best Lincoln dealership in tristate area is without a doubt Carmen Lincoln , If you want honest good people skilled people then you go to Carman Ford Carman Lincoln and they will take care of you I would not trust many other people now because of Springfield Ford, then here comes Carman Lincoln to the rescue!! The service manager absolutely said he was not giving the truck back until it was fixed and he was true to his word Carman Lincoln is the only place to buy Lincoln ‘s and to take them to get them fixed you will never be happier and that’s a promise!!!! Thank you Carman Ford for putting my family first!!!!

I have the Tungsten trim level and it’s the ultimate luxury pickup truck! The only thing I would recommend is to have a rear seat zone heating and air conditioning system. There is not enough air flow in the rear seating.

I purchased my first Mercury from Carman Lincoln/Mercury in 1974. Over the years and 16 vehicles later, we recently leased a 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I can't say enough to thank Larry Giacchino's team at Carman Ford/Lincoln for the service, preparation, and quality of the vehicle. Dan Shine, Brian Giacchino, Frank Azan, are all true professionals who I believe truly care for their customers. Thank You Carman Lincoln.

Great looking truck that rides like a luxury car. The suspension is state of the art and was the deciding factor for me versus the F-150. The Uconnect system works seamlessly to provide phone connectivity and the myriad of available features make customizing your Ram a breeze.

I contacted this dealer about a used Ram. Brandon returned my email and gave me the details of the truck I was looking for. He was able to direct me as to what was good and bad about the vehicle. He kept me informed all the way thru the process. If and when I?m in need of another vehicle, this dealership and namely Brandon will be the first contacts I will make.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Nucar Chevrolet gave me a completely satisfying experience when I purchased my new 2019 Silverado High Country. The dealership offered a wide selection of trucks -- in a variety of colors and trim packages. As an out of state customer, the dealership worked together as a team to put together an attractive cash purchase for me. Great communication, and extremely friendly service! I am very happy with my purchase, and would definitely shop at Nucar for a future auto purchase.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.
