I'm very happy with my eXterra. It runs well and has more bells and whistles then any SUV I have ever owned. Mary Ann and all the sales personnel were very helpful with making the purchase. Mary Ann even let take off road to try out the 4 wheel drive. They also gave me a gift basket with all kind of goodies for my new SUV. I would hightly recommend performance cars to anyone looking for a good quilty used vehicle. Thanks agian Mary Ann. David T.
This was my second time purchasing a vehicle at Mazda of Fort Walton Beach and have been impressed so much a second time around that I wanted to make sure everyone knows about it! They have excellent customer service by everyone there. There is NO high pressure sales pitch and their focus is on YOU the customer. They won't try to convince to get buy it now or no deal; they take the time and patience to answer every single question; and if they don't know the answer immediately, they will get back to you. It is a very relaxed and non-pressure atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to get their vehicle here.
I e mailed regarding the price of a car i saw online. She got back to me with all my questions. I didn't want the color she had to offer. She understood and said perhaps others would come along in another color.
I was contacted by two separate reps who worked together to make sure all my needs were met. I had a specific idea for what I wanted and I found it through cars.com . So far the process has been smoothed and they were willing to work through email and around my busy schedule.
My family and I were on vacation when the transmission in our car went out. We decided to shop Kia and had a wonderful experience doing so. Dennis did an amazing job at ensuring we were getting a fantastic car. The finance team was great at getting us in and out with the paperwork. Ended up with a wonderful experience and we still made it to the beach. Great job Lee Kia for doing so well in a stressful situation :)

Worked with Chris he had vehicle out front waiting when got there ready for test drive didnt put limit on how far test drive was and no pressure approach when we returned back to dealer location i in fact had to tell him lets make a deal which was so different from most dealers and refreshing after spending a month shopping for a new truck also in and out fairly quickly so great experience overall ask for Chris is you shop there great salesman to deal with
I will be doing a lot of traveling soon and needed something dependable, with a warranty and that get good gas mileage. I was upside down in my trade in and have very little time to play the sit in a salesman's office game. I originally contacted a Hyundai dealer in Pensacola who I had bought from before and obtained an out the door price in an Accent SE. I was sure Hampton would be more expensive, but I contacted them anyway, ready to go to Pensacola. I was wrong! I was put in touch with Paul Surmiak and brokered the entire deal via text. The first time I met Paul in person was when I went to sign the papers and pick up my car. Not only did I get a better price, I got the better price in an Accent SEL! I got the next trim level up and went out the door $1500 less than Pensacola! I highly recommend Paul Surmiak and Hampton Hyundai, they restored my faith in Fort Walton Beach dealerships!
