I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.
Tom Henion contacted me several times to offer his assistance in finding my next leased car...he was knowledgeable, friendly on the phone and couldn???t have done more to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
Found the 2012 Toyota Highlander on a Cars.com search. Contacted the dealer and was responded to immediately. Arrived at the dealership and was met immediately and shown the car which was as described. It was immaculate and dealer had mounted new tires and new brakes. Jesse completed the sales process in an efficient and thorough manner, making sure our questions were addressed. The finance dept. arranged the financing rapidly through our credit union online. The whole process took about 3 hours including test drive. So far I am very pleased with the vehicle and very pleased with the treatment we received at Scanlon Acura.
Amazing customer service all very polite and helpful on trying to make sure your happiness is achieved. When I was not sure about the vehicle I was originally mistreated in they helped me find a car around the price and model I wanted.
Brought my Dodge Ram is for a problem with the shifter and got excellent service from Rudy Vargas. Although the actual part was on back order. Rudy set me up with a car for a week and was great about calling me and giving me updates on the part.
I was so very pleased that my Jeep was serviced in a very brief time and that my advisor John Woodward was a excellent advisor and was spot on with his completion of my paperwork. He also advised me of a recall which he immediately had fixed.
My Seatbelt failed in the retracted position. James Patton worked with me to help fix the problem in a quick and economical fashion. He went above and beyond to expedite the repair quickly so that I could have my jeep back before the weekend. James communicated on a regular basis to keep me informed of progress. The car was out of warranty however given the safety issue, Jeep cover half the cost of the repair. I greatly appreciate James and Jeep's attention to customer satisfaction. This is why I own two Jeeps (2018 Rubicon and 2015 Willys)
Purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and my new Ram was the first ever strictly over the phone. From price negotiation to financing, everything was done professionally and promptly. Call backs and question answers were handled in a way that made a new purchase as stress free as possible. A trusting attitude was established with the first contact and continued through the delivery. Salesman and finance manager were both terrific! All-in-all a great new vehicle experience.
John was courteous and helpful. He gave a realistic expectation regarding the time required. I was pleased with his service. He could do nothing about the fact that the place was being remodeled at the time of my visit.
