Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Great team. Got me in the same day as I was visiting and needed an oil change before heading home.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

Went to the dealership Friday night after work just to see what was in their lot for Ram trucks. Immediately I was introduced to a salesman named Pablo who was courteous and professional. He showed me various Ram trucks, I saw a 2026 Black 2500 tradesman that called out to me. From start to finish I was done with the paperwork and finance man. I will give 5 stars Thank you everyone at Springdale Mclarty Daniel.

2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I bought this truck new and it's been great. I have 70,000 trouble free miles on it. My first and only real expense so far was the emergency brake. You have to take the rear axle out to fix it, the line sags eventually on all of them. It was almost a grand but included changing the rear differential which needed to be done anyway. other than that this truck is the best I've owned. I get great gas mileage (25 on the highway) it looks great, minimal rust in 7 years, no complaints.

I just can't begin to say enough about Bryant Adams and Superior. He personally went above and beyond for me to get me in my new Jeep. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family to Bryant and Superior. My situation was a difficult one, he had to bring the Jeep to my home for me to even test drive. We did everything from my driveway and with his help and understanding it all went very smoothly. I hope Superior knows just how fortunate they are to have Bryant on their team. I will be a loyal customer, thanks to the wonderful service I was given! Thank you, Bryant Adams!!

Paige and Andrew were the best. Not sure I've ever had a car buying experience as easy as this one. Both took extra time to walk us through the new Jeep and explain the new features. We'll certainly keep you all in mind when we need a new vehicle.
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Great customer service with friendly staff! They were quick with getting the papers ready to sign, I was in and out in less than an hour and a half and that was including a test drive! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new car!

Landers Toyota of Northwest Arkansas review
We had a fantastic experience working with Brian Rigsby! He was able to meet our transparency needs and help navigate the transaction without playing games. Our new to us 2020 Volvo XC40 was an awesome edition to our family and we’re happy we were able to work out a deal.
2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

It was the most amazing experience. Cooper C. was a great salesperson to work with and patient with all my questions. He listen to my rant about my old car demise. He made sure that I understood every step. He walked be over to set up my first oil change appointment. He made sure that I understood the different features of the car. It was just a great experience. Every person that I encounter was amazing. Isaiah in Finance was nice. It was just a great experience. I will definitely come back for any future purchases. Keep up the good work and providing great customer service. Shirley H

CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
