Curtis saved the day! My Dad has dementia. We had just gone out to my Ford Explorer from a weekly lunch with his buddies at a restaurant about 10min away from Northside. My key fob suddenly didn’t work. I called AAA and they would only be able to tow us to a dealership to make a new key fob. I called Northside and they went above-and-beyond offering to come to us with a battery. Curtis quickly arrived, checked out my fob, and installed a new battery. Saved my Dad and me from what have been a probable 3hr-4hr ordeal, that would have completely confused my Dad. Curtis from Northside made it take only a mere 20min. Outstanding customer service!

I first visited Audi of Beaverton about 8 months ago. Myself as well as my sister walked onto the show room in sweatpants, sweatshirts and beanies… We couldn’t have looked less appealing if we tried. Yet despite that, Drew came up and spoke with me, was very friendly and was happy to show me around. We communicated via email for months, asking questions about their inventory, going for test drives, etc. He was always quick to respond, and very accommodating to schedule times for me to test drive. As a newly grad from college, as well as my first real car purchase, I was very nervous and afraid that walking into the dealership would mean getting pressured into buying before I was ready, as that was the experience my brother had at Toyota. However, that was the complete opposite experience for me! Drew, along with the other dealers I met at Audi, completely understood my situation, and didn’t pressure me in any way. This meant that I was always excited to go to the dealership and “drool” over their gorgeous inventory. Looking back, I test drove 10 Audi’s until I found the right one. Drew, along with the other dealers, were perfect examples of professionalism and friendliness. Because of this, they have made me a returning customer, and I highly recommend him (Drew) and Audi of Beaverton for anyone thinking of purchasing and Audi.

We purchased our GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville in late 2025, and from the first day there was a strange noise while driving. Since the car was brand new and my wife does not drive much, we hoped it might go away, but after several months and only about 800 miles, the noise was still there. After a disappointing experience trying to get help from the selling dealer, I called Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. From the first phone call, they treated us with respect and professionalism. They explained that the vehicle was still under the factory warranty and scheduled us very quickly. When we arrived, JD Arnold met us and was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He arranged for a technician to ride with us, and the technician was able to hear the noise too. They provided us with a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the issue, contacted another Mercedes dealer for guidance, fixed the problem in less than a couple of hours, washed the car, and charged us zero dollars. The whole experience was smooth, respectful, and truly impressive. A big thank you to JD Arnold, the technician, the person who helped me on the phone, and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton service team. This is exactly the level of service I expected from Mercedes-Benz. I am very grateful and highly recommend them.

( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. I am very grateful to have had this thrilling experience and he was just as excited for us as we were. I definitely recommend him and the CarMax crew to any one whom is looking to get a new car.
