We made it there in 20 mins. A sales person greeted us in the lobby all ready to go. We took the car for a drive and liked it so we were willing to move forward. The problem was that we didn't have time because had a babysitter at home with kids and had to go back. They quickly evaluated my trade-in and offered a fair deal. They took some information down and we were on our way home. They took care of running numbers for the loan and after 30 mins later I got a text with my options. I only wish the optional oem accessories were an option for the car I bought two years ago. Like fog lights or a skid plate The RAV4 XLE hybrid is a great light off road option but unless you bought the plug in XSE TRD model or maybe customized online beforehand, someone like me is locked out of oem parts for a vehicle I love. The parts department was great and helpful and Alex my service guy was great. Honestly the entire staff has been really kind, cool and easy to get the right information. I'd come here just to hang out and talk about Toyotas.
