In 2012 bought our USED 2010 HHR Chevrolet (an American Greetings' fleet car) from local N. Olmsted, OH. dealer. Perfect for DELIVERING our Bakery's very large wedding cakes, etc., & everyday family errands, & great for camping (its' cargo roof is a bonus too). Looked EVERYWHERE trying to find a ROOMY & FLAT cargo floor w/back seats easily lowered for our cake business! Had to be a "multi-useable" business & family one car! FINALLY found this beautiful HHR! A real workhorse. Feels like a Cadillac! Good low mpg gas cost. Maintenance is minimal. Best all around car we've ever had. It's still our 100% reliable transportation 24x7. Highly recommended.

Traci and Phil were great sales people. We seen a few minor problems with the car we wanted and they fixed it straight away. They have a wide selection and easy approval process and great prices. A great Christian business ,have already recommended it to friends and family

This was my first ever car and it was the best first car you could ask for! I had it for years and had virtually no issues until the very end and that’s after many cold Manitoba nights (always started even when I forgot to plug in). My car finally died after nearly making it to 500k!

I couldn’t afford car payments anymore and just wanted a car for local driving. So I purchased this car with cash. The 137,000 miles on the car made me nervous. I purchased the car at the end of 2022 and the car so far has been great. I’m trying to reserve mileage because the car already has high mileage but already put around 2000 miles on it and the car runs like a charm with no problems.

Had a wonderful experience with Dylan! I wanted a car that needed to be ordered. I visited NINE different KIA stores between Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana (2 of 9 being in Kentucky). The courtesy and knowledge Dylan provided ultimately made me choose purchasing from this Kia location & with him specifically. He is not your average “pushy” car salesman - very respectful and straight forward which I appreciated as a young female car purchaser. He was reasonable to work with as far as budget goes and ensured I got exactly what I wanted (car model/color/trim). He was also communicative throughout the entire ordering process (which can take quite a bit of time), and even went the extra mile to help suggest a safe hotel location/etc as I was traveling from out of state to purchase the car. On the day of purchase was VERY patient with me. Could not recommend enough!!

This car met all my needs, Has plenty of leg rooms forward & aft .Smoot, reliable driving . Very competitive car. We did several interstate trips and it was nice comfortable driving. Car is in very good condition.

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. I highly recommend this vehicle and i promise if any problems arise, i will come back on here and do an updated review. Happy holidays ....🎄

The service was very efficient. I had been advised from another mechanic that I had an oil pan leak. At Bachmann Hyundai, it was discovered that the leak was from an oil senser. They were able to fix the problem and give me good advice on what else needed attention soon and what could wait (and why). I definitely trust their work.

My jeep liberty 2012 is parked. It could only do 25km/hr on the road. Gas pedal not working anymore. Just 2616 miles. I need a help to cruise this car

I'm the 2nd owner of a 4-door Yaris sedan w/manual transmission. I've owned it 7 years & it currently has 121K miles. Nothing has gone wrong mechanically outside of two serpentine drive belts & a new clutch. My preventative maintenance has consisted of new tires, synthetic oil changes (Amsoil oil), one major tune-up @ 100K miles w/manual transmission oil change, and recent freon. My air conditioning + heat both work great. The trunk is huge for storage. The ONLY minor annoyances are the sloping front seats & dashboard because things serm to slip off. Several mechanics have told me that this car has a problem-free 1NZ-FE engine which can easily last 300,000 - 400,000 miles with proper care. Is this car fast & zippy like a Mazda? (Um, no...) But is it reliable, practical, made in Japan, with good mileage? (Yes..!) The 2009 Yaris is also rated "AWESOME" on car complaints dot com 😀

Purchase used with 48,000 miles. I now have 105,000 and it has not skipped a beat. I change the oil regularly ( do it myself) as the only downside to this engine is sludge. Change the oil regularly and you are looking at 300,000 with no problem whatsoever

I bought my 2009 Toyota Yaris brand new. I still drive it today. Out of all the years I've owned it there haven't been any major problems to fix. It has almost 350,000 miles on it. This car is paid for itself many times over. The gas savings are excellent as well.

He did not force us into anything we did not want and found us the car we wanted. Darius Duncan in the finance department was great as well, he was very professional and was funny. I purchase my 2010 TL brand new in June of 2010 fully loaded. It was my first new car purchase. I drove it right off of the show room floor with 8 miles on the odometer. At present (Dec. 2022) it has just over 60,000 miles on it. Just three weeks after my purchase I had to return to the dealership because the car would veer to the left hard. They checked it out and couldn't find what the problem was so they replaced the left front strut to see if that would fix the problem, it did not, too this day (Dec. 2022) it still pulls/veers to the left even with several sets of new tires (Michelins) on it. The handling has been sloppy at best. Its somewhat tiring driving it long distances hence the low millage on it at present. Although I've had it back at Acura for all of its services they still can't tell me why this is happening they've even performed several alignments on the car. There was a recall on a computer chip in the transmission that was causing the engine to rattle, the chip was replaced under warranty but the rattling still manifests at times. The car goes through batteries like crazy in fact one year after I purchased the car the battery went bad and was replaced under warranty since then I've had several Acura batteries installed (just had one install this month Dec.2022). Once major problem I've had is with the oil engine light. It comes on even when the engine oil is full I've learned how to reset the light and had it check by Acura they had no answer for the problem but recommended and I had replaced the Oil Pressure Switch at a cost of $289.85 the problem still exist to date. I had the timing belt replaced and was told by Acura that the oil pump was leaking so they replaced the Spool Valve/O-Ring etc. as well for 600.00 was told by the technician that it would have been over an 800.00 cost had they not saw it when they did. I could go on and on. Bottom line this car has not been cheap to maintain for example along with the timing belt replacement and the oil leak was a cost of $1753.14 in 2019 the car only had 43,595 miles on the odometer. As to the ride, it rides very stiff/hard firm but smooth. I felled to mention that the outside mirrors shakes when you shut the door Acura refused to do anything about it because they stated that's the nature of the car. By now, you may be asking why I'm still driving this car....IT'S PAID FOR! lol. All in all it does most things well, good stereo, pretty quiet ride, roomy, 5 star rating (safe) and somewhat reliable. It's a good first car when brought second hand as long as the car has been taken care of. I must state that the SH/Awd is excellent I have never gotten stuck in the winter weather. At last, I just found out (Dec. 2022) that the navigation system will not be able to be ungraded after 2021 because the upgrade CD's are being discontinued. Hope this review helps someone thinking about purchasing this car used.

These things will most likely outlive you. And don’t let it’s size fool you, this car is a beast. Lexus did amazing with this generation model and has taken me everywhere in every weather condition. Take care of it and it will take care of you.

Great used car. A little cramped for the driver. Wish the seat had adjustment for height. Otherwise I love the reliability and MPG (average combined 36-38 with a stick). Very practical and can haul a decent amount of gear. Bought mine in 2020 with 89K and now have 122k only needing snow tires for the New England winter.

My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

My Husband and I recommend Jeffreys dealership highly. They were honest and treated us right on our trade in we would deal with them again.

Best Vehicle that I ever Owned mileage 264,000 KMS in Canada. Always keep it maintained will last longer when doing oil changes I always add in 1 liter of Lucas engine oil stabilizer, also Transmission oil do the same add 1 liter of Lucas keeps the it from overheating I did an Upgrade Custom LED Lighting Builds I removed All of those nasty dull looking Stock Bulbs, everything is now all LED Lighted all-around with RED Under-glow lighting on my SUV as my paint is Fever Red stock colour, Just finished building a 41 inch Led Light Bar Build 300,000 Lumens in output brightness for the Country Side Roads, where there isn't any street lights. wish I could add some photo's of it all finished, You all would be amazed.

I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

Bought this car in prestine condition a few years ago with very low mileage. 2005 XLE with all the options. JBL sound system is exceptional! All buttons function. No issues, just regular oil changes. Does not use a drop of oil and actually gets pretty good gas mileage with the 5 speed transmission. No issues with 124k km. All 👍
