Luxury Auto Collection review
After several months of searching, we were thrilled to finally find the exact car and color combination we had been looking for at Luxury Auto Collection in Scottsdale. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the front desk and immediately assisted by Alex. He walked us over to the vehicle and demonstrated impressive knowledge of its history, including details about the previous owner who had traded it in just two days earlier. In our 67 years—and after owning 13 Mercedes-Benz vehicles—we can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Alex is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The entire process was focused on creating a genuine and positive customer experience. Even after the purchase, Alex’s communication has been excellent and consistently responsive. Alex and the entire team at Luxury Auto Collection truly made us feel valued, welcomed, and appreciated. We are extremely impressed with every aspect of the experience—it was simply awesome.

2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost review
Good evening, My name is Mike Shannon and I am a financial advisor for a top firm in North America. Recently, my daughter graduated from college so I decided to reward her for her hard work. She’s always said she wanted a Rolls Royce and Brandon G. did a fantastic job at making that happen. He was very patient and helpful when dealing with all the demands my daughter wanted with the car. While some requests simply weren’t possible, he went out of his way to make the ones that were happen. Brandon was very welcoming in conversation and gave good advice and side conversation to build rapport and made us feel comfortable with this purchase. Sabrina fell in love the moment she saw the car. Thank you Brandon, Mike and the Shannon family!

Marshall Goldman Newport Beach review
After months of searching for the right Mercedes SL63, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Marshall Goldman. I'd been checking listings and visiting other dealers for a while, but nothing matched what I wanted — until I connected with Fernando. From the first conversation, Fernando was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed despite how long I'd been searching. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted in the SL63, kept me updated when the right car came in, and walked me through every detail of the vehicle's history and condition. No pressure, no games — just straightforward, honest communication from start to finish.

2016 Rolls-Royce Ghost review
Of course it's quiet and luxurious. It's a Rolls-Royce -- it's what they do best! It's a decent value at 4 years old. Not cheap, but (to me) it's worth the money. At about 5,500 lbs and almost 18 feet long, I expected ponderous handling. However, this thing accelerates and handles better than anything this big and heavy should. Especially accelerating -- seems to defy physics. It accelerates hard enough to lock up the seat belt! You wouldn't mistake it for a Miata; more like a big BMW or Mercedes sedan. Overall, after about a week, I'm still finding new features and still marveling at the handling and performance. I should point out that my car has the Dynamic Driving Package. I don't know how much of a difference that makes compared to a car without it. I'm also still getting accustomed to its size. (My other cars are MUCH smaller, lighter, shorter, and narrower.)

First time customer, well taken care of. I will be back. Went to another dealership for service and was told my car would sit for 10 days before being looked at. J Star had my vehicle back to me in 3 days.

Marshall Goldman Newport BeachReviews
Marshall Goldman Newport Beach review
4th car from Marshall Goldman — they keep earning the repeat business Just picked up my fourth vehicle from Marshall Goldman Newport Beach, this time a 2022 G-63 in black, and the experience keeps getting better. At this point I know the drill, but every visit still feels dialed in — no wasted time, no back-and-forth haggling, just straight answers and a team that remembers what I like. The G-Wagon itself was immaculate — low miles, spotless service history, and exactly the black-on-black spec I was after. They had it prepped and ready before I even got there, and the whole transaction, from agreeing on the trade to driving off in the new one, took less than a couple hours.

Excellent, exceed all my needs. A pleasure. Well built. Perfect. I would own another & my friends love it. Turn heads when going down the road.

Desert European MotorcarsReviews
Desert European Motorcars review
Mark -----, the service manager at Desert Motors, was very good, much better than your SM for my Carrera in 2004. Although $920 now for a 20,000-mile service on my 2016 Macan seemed (close to) exorbitant. I plan to send work list to a family friend who worked at a Porsche dealer. Outside temp gauge for SUV is laughably bad and mine corresponds with what other owners say. I also have suspected that ambient temperatures in Deutschland may be a factor, which makes little sense, but Macan owners do wonder why there is still no fix. Should a dealer re-boot software? https://www.macanforum.com/forum/electronics/66977-outdoor-temp-sensor-not-accurate-2.html. If temperature gauge is only problem with a Macan, then I am well satisfied, and the car is definitely a joy to drive. Thank you,
