2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2018 Acura RDX review
My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. I contacted J-Linn through their website (J-LinnMotors.net) and filled out their Secure Loan Application. They had around four cars that met my criteria, being low miles and mechanically sound. Their salesperson Fred contacted me the next day was quite friendly. He said they had cars in my price range. I went to buy a car on Friday, May 29, 2020. The first question I asked was "Are you going to be able to finance me?" due to my credit score being very low. I had spent almost two weeks hearing every dealership/auto sales business say no. He responded by saying "Let's run your numbers and see?" He forwarded my information to their finance companies and found one that would do financing. He then told me he had a car that he thought was perfect for me and would meet the finance companies qualifications. He drove a beautiful deep blue 2010 Chevrolet HHR up to the front and I looked it over. It's 10 years old and looked and ran like new. We then did all the paperwork and I drove that car away the same day! I can't say enough about this company. They've been in business for 20 years so I trusted them. The customer service women were wonderful and also quite friendly. Even their other salesman was kind and funny. I've now had the car for a week and a half and have driven it quite a bit. So far, so great! I'm not used to the more modern power assist capabilities but am learning as I go. Again, So Happy!

2024 Toyota Camry review
I have been a Toyota owner for 20+ years and have been pleased with the "past" quality, reliability and performance. I purchased a 2024 Camry SE about 2 months ago and I have noticed the quality has definitely declined in the newer years lots of cheap plastic and carpet is really cheap. The under carriage plastic splash guards are a total joke! I had to remove the cheap plastic guards because they were loaded with about 10 lbs. of road gravel and dirt "not" an easy job to do to remove all the plastic clips. other than that no complaints on the performance so far. The Camry gets pretty good gas mileage for a 2.5 litre 4 cylinder sedan.

2024 Chevrolet Traverse review
I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!

I bought my 2011 murano in 2023. It has 134,000 miles on her. I replaced a/c compressor and alternator. About 800 dollars in total. Normal for a car that's older. But other than that smooth ride inside is comfy. Lots of extras. Paint is a,little sensitive. But very reliable.
