I give a 5 star for the professionalism of Eddie the Service Advisor and staff that l have had contact with at Keeler. However a new GLA 2025 with the same issues + some within a year of purchase; having to return 3 times within months is very discouraging on a $56,000 vehicle, but knowing that the dealership has no control over what’s sent out of Germany to sell; but l have been informed that they have made a case (that’s going over and above) to reporting the problems instead of keep giving me the car back from “repair” to the Headquarters! We see if Mercedes will stand by their problems and make good with a safe vehicle to be driving (Yes, the vehicle automatically shut down while driving on the highway- what a accident avoided that my instincts had me do in safely make it to the right lane).

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I worked with Chris and the team. I had a smooth and easy process. Communication was seamless. This is my second time buying a car through this dealership. Will be back and highly recommend.

I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.

Greetings worth visiting for. Walking into Goldstein Subaru (through the automatic front door, too👍🏼), I was welcomed pleasantly, immediately and with friendly faces that helped right away. Not the usual dealership entry experience—great! The showroom is large, bright, and well organized, not only with one of every Subaru model, but space to move and look around, too. Parking, entry, sales, service, and inventory. CHECK. Happy and warm welcome? Double check. Goldstein is worth a visit in this area, anytime! Highly recommended.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

Another great experience with Mohawk chevy service department. Everyone was friendly,professional and polite. Overall best dealership i have ever dealt with and I highly recommend ths dealership to everyone I know

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a 2026 GLC 300 SUV. I have dealing with Keeler for around 18 years and needless to save I have well satisfied with all of my dealings with them. The last 3 vehicles that we bought were with the excellent help from salesman Dominique Cadet. He has been instrumental as to why we keep coming back to Keeler. His professionalism and knowledge of the products he sells has definitely impressed me. We did have a problem with the last GLC concerning the electronic brake setting up after vehicle was parked overnight. Service did try to correct it a number of times but I was told that happens with the electronic braking. Surprised there never was a factory bulletin put out on it. I can’t honestly say that the service department tried their best to correct it. All in all I have been very pleased with all my dealings with Keeler Mercedes and will continue to patronize them.

Sales force was knowledgable but unrealistic about trade-in values

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

I recently had my Porsche Cayenne Turbo serviced at New Country Porsche of Clifton Park. I can't say enough about Tom (my technician) and both Nick and Jake on the front desk. The car was serviced properly and ahead of schedule. They took the time to show me the cause of the issue I was having and how they could resolve it for me. It has been great ever since! The service professionals have helped me with minor, routine maintenance issues as well as some more significant issues. Chris and his entire team have always gone the extra mile for me and have been a pleasure to work with. I recommend the service professionals at MB of Latham without reservation. I worked out a deal with Aaron Butler on a 2019 Subaru Forester base listed at 25K and he helped my getting it down to 21,900. Then joe came in and did all the paper work and was very helpful through the whole process. I will be returning here for all of my maintenance and also when I’m ready to trade in for my next Subaru. This Special Order, Chrysler 300 Platinum Edition, V8 AWD, Harmon Kardon, Tow Package, Every possible option now with 27k miles is no doubt the Very Best Automobile in my current collection and probably this best vehicle I have ever owned; it rivals the 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham (440 V8 4 Barrell) in Luxury, Comfort, Reliability and Performance. This Automobile is a Keeper!!! I get so many compliments on it at all times. It handles and performs as well as the 2 Audi A8 but is extremely reliable. It has only been to Dealership Serivce for Scheduled Maintenance only.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.
