Too often my experience has been that sales contacts in dealerships are pressuring and misleading in order to get the sale. Ellie seemed only interested in what we genuinely wanted. She listened well, was efficient, responsive, respectful, and friendly. We loved her as our sales rep! She absolutely should get that role of Internet Sales Director! You want her in that role! Second, the purchase process was straightforward and did not feel forced or manipulative. We knew the price, we knew the options, and we were able to come quickly to agreement on our final deal. We have been very happy with the deal we got. Third, and not as positive was our first finance manager. He set my wife off right away. There was a pressure to sign before we had even driven the car. It nearly broke the deal and we were about to walk. Again, Ellie heard our concerns and got Victor involved. They understood our reluctance and helped us get to a comfortable place to finish the deal. We worked with a different finance manager to sign papers and left very happy with our purchase. Lastly, I have to say, Ellie is the future of auto sales! She embodies the qualities consumers want when making such a major purchase. She was our ally and friend, and she listened very well to understand our concerns and desires. Handles better than any compact car I've driven excluding Porsche 718 Cayman. Handles well at low and high speeds. Corners great. Good acceleration and passing speed. Awesome sports car for under 25k!

Had a great experience buying my second Honda vehicle from this dealership. They have a great transparent pricing policy and enjoyed working with Jonathan who helped with all the aspects of the process. This was my first time trading in vehicle and that process was also a breeze and got a great value back. They even refunded amount post new vehicle registration based on actual dmv fees which was pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend them to everyone interested in buying a Honda in greater Seattle area.

Purchased 2016 Scion IA 6 speed MANual transmission brand new June 2016. As of writing this on December 10th 2023 the car has almost 293,000 miles. I've been doing my own maintenance such as fully synthetic oil changes since the beginning. I replaced both front control arms, alternator, spark plugs, one engine mount which was my fault it broke, driver's seat (because I was 335 lb max at 6 ft 2 in tall and the seat broke because I was fat), but this is just maintenance and wear and tear that is expected with such a high mileage car. The important things like the engine and transmission are still good. It burns some oil but I keep up with topping it off and this is expected at high miles using a thin 0w 20 oil. I only buy manual transmission vehicles and have been driving stick since 2005. My Scion has the original clutch which still grips like new with no slippage and the shifts are still buttery smooth. The reliability of this non-turbo low horsepower 4 cylinder engine with the 6-speed manual transmission is astonishing and maintenance and repairs are very simple because it's a 4 cylinder. This Toyota Scion IA is actually a Mazda 2!!! And this car has taken a beating because I drive it for work following people so it has a lot of idle time, a lot of highway miles and a ton of stop and go driving! I would obviously recommend. It's a shame these aren't made anymore and you can't buy the Mazda 2 itself! Purchased for a little over $15,000 brand new in 2016 with about 30 mi. Now today's market has this vehicle listed at around the same amount with a bunch of miles!

Business was clean and welcoming. Process with Brian was a breeze! He was busy and he did not hover, yet attentative. We were there a total of 2 hours, including 2 test drives. Questions were answered honestly and issues were addressed quickly. Very pleased so far.

This is the 2 nd TC I have owned, I had a great experience with my 2006 it has over 240k miles on it and I just replaced the clutch on it I've had NO other problems . So I bought a newer one. It's a 2015, Ipaid top dollar for it from a used car lot they bought it at an auction. The day after I bought it it started making loud noises and it has been diagnosed with a bad throw out bearing..I bought the car as is and nobody is going to take the responsibility financially or otherwise so I'm really not happy with the situation . However the car has only 60000 miles and I hope it will be the one and only problem that needs fixed. Because of the reliability of my first one I'm counting on it. The car is fun to drive handles excellent, has the cool look of a sports car and gets 25+ miles to the gallon. It has spacious comfort in the cab too , front and back . I will say it's a fun car to drive but only if you have the manual transmission.

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

This car attracts attention in a good way. Some compare it to a Porsche but then it is not. It looks like the 2012 GR Supra but 1/3 the price.

It was one of the best experience I had. I didn't feel pressured to buy. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. Every vehicle i had a question about he answered right away. First, expect to be on display. Everyone checks out this car going down the road. Only 2000 made by Subaru and Toyota. Best Sports Car with a low price. Positive steering, paddle shifting and automatic. Only problem is there aren’t many places to really see the performance without a ticket! Hate to sell it but I want a camperized van to move to N. Carolina in.

jAMES and ZAC were very professional and helpful. I will give them a 5 star rating. . I got the Auto that I wanted and James was very helpful teaching all the new features o f the C300 Mercedes. I was treated with respect.

I love all the features it has for a less expensive vehicle. It's sporty looking and great on gas. I looked at cars for over two weeks and always came back to the Scion that had low miles and navigation and a backup camera, not normal features of a lower priced car.

Came here for my first car. The whole purchasing process was as smooth and fast it could be thanks to Dante the salesman. He was professional and pleasant to work with - no-nonsense, knowledgable, transparent, and understanding. I walked out a satisfied customer with a car I’m happy to call my own thanks to an excellent deal (1000 below Carfax appraisal value, which I don’t disagree with based on thorough research) made even better with another 100 bucks off which Rich thankfully agreed to. As for the performance of the car, it’s been driving well so far, though it’s only been a week and more time’s needed to tell. Hopefully it lives up to the expectation of a well-maintained one-owner vehicle.

I like horse power but I don't want to give up reliability. My 2012 9.0 RS Scion xB fits the bill. ( By the way they only come in Hot Lava color ) Bought it two years ago, and since then it's never failed to start & run. I always keep it well maintained, and I've had three dealerships offer to buy it from me, ( so they can sell it for thousands more) it has 135k miles which is just breaking a Toyota/Scion in. My only complaint is: I wish Toyota put in the 180hp 2.5 Camry motor in it - it has the 2.4 158hp motor stock. I can chirp the tires off the line, it's so quick down low, but mid range and up high its average. Lord Willing I plan on keeping it. Next car will be as reliable and a little faster. Hard to find anything better than the xB in that regard..

I bought my 2006 XA in 2019 with 112,000 miles on it. It has a little over 300,000 miles on it now. I change my oil every 3,000/3,500 miles. I have replaced the plugs once when I first bought it, and put new brake pads on it. I just now put new rotors and brake pads on it too. The air has worked great this whole time. It is a 5 speed manual, and the clutch is still doing good. Great car. My guess is about 33 MPG overall. I love this car. I'm looking to buy another one.

This dealership is very clean and friendly! Working with Maher was a really comfortable and kind experience :) There are some extra fees that they list on their website that I didn’t notice. I wasn’t excited to pay them because they didn’t seem as relevant to me as they were able to sell them as. The car I got was in great condition and sold at a fair price.

This is the goofiest car I've ever owned. I'm a Ford guy and had a 5007 Grand Marquis before the IQ. I live in a crowded city and parking is such a hassle I thought I'd try a smaller car (didn't think it would be this small tho!) Well I gotta say after a few months of getting use to it (super agility, slow as a dog with a missing leg, and general interior differences from the big cat, I cannot see me ever wanting another car again. This thing is so much fun to drive, turns on a dime, has a good amount of space (even more if you've played tetris) and is really, really fun to drive. Toyota really designed this well. When your driving you don't feel like your in a small car. It's kinda sparce compared to the Merc, but it's got all you need, power options, not bad stereo, AC etc. If you can find one, get it! I'm quite sure you will like it.

My 4th Scion tC I had a 2008 bought new and loved it the most Traded for 2011 and decided just needed a Rav Missed my tC so found a 2015 Traded that and the Rav since was so uside down in value because of the Rav Wanted and found another tC 2016 Love it Has everything I need in it and I love a 2 Door car

Had any old 2006 scion coupe with 126,000 miles for 3 years. It was in mint condition inside and out. Only payed $6000 for it. Never had one problem until someone crashed into me, them problem and the car was totaled. Really a good car and fun to drive. I wish I could find another deal like that one.

Ordered over the phone. Received the item the next day and had it also programmed and key cut the same day. Quick and efficient just too pricey.

I have a 2008 and my hood hinge never worked well hood fly up I had to replace the entire hood. Now engine fails. Oil leaking terribly

This car has been great to own! It has most every feature that you could want plus it’s so stylish! My favorite feature is the touch screen stereo with Bluetooth and usb options. I’ve owned two different Scion tC’s and neither one has given me any engine troubles whatsoever. Great gas mileage as well.

I drove it for over 250k miles, still drives good and have no problem with it. I definitely recommend this car if you want reliability and a little fun. Not too much power but saves gas.

I really like the car, but was somewhat taken by surprise to find out that, after providing a $31,000 down payment, I wold have to pay $500 per month for 5 years. That brings the total cost for the car to $61,000. By any measure that is quite a bit of money for a $28,000 vehicle.

Best car I have ever had ,I bought it 9yrs ago not 1 problem till now and the brake system has gone crazy been trying to fix it for 8 months,replaced all parts still no brakes! I'm so broken hearted about it,I love this little car
