I want thank my salesman Tone for everything. He tried to put me into a new Toyota, but the timing wasn't right. Cause a lot of things have change int eh past few years. So I told Tone that i will hold off for now on getting a new Toyota. And he was very understandable about my decision. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The buying process went on as planned. The Manager seems to be trustworthy. But the service of paperwork was too slow and not o sure. Well it is done but the Title deed is being expected. One is told when one pays cash it will go fast. Yet to be seen.

Found a 2010 Accord in almost perfect condition - Bruce Elliott made sure the car was safe for our new college student and put an extra polish on the outside - that car still sparkles.
