When we first met Ryan, we were upfront that we were interested in the vehicle but couldn’t make a purchase until after our home closed. Ryan completely understood our situation and never pressured us. Instead, he stayed in touch, followed up professionally, answered our questions, and even sent us a very reasonable offer while we were still deciding. Once we were finally ready to move forward, Ryan had everything prepared for us. We were able to test drive the vehicle again, review the details, and move through the process smoothly and efficiently. His patience, honesty, and customer-focused approach are exactly what every car buyer hopes to find. I also want to thank Sam, the sales manager, who was extremely helpful during the final purchase process. He worked hard to make sure we received every incentive and discount available and took the time to explain the numbers clearly. At no point did we feel pressured—only supported. Buying a home and a vehicle at nearly the same time can be stressful, but Ryan and Sam made the car-buying process easy, transparent, and enjoyable. The Ioniq 5 is an amazing vehicle, and the experience we had with this team made it even better. If you’re considering a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Ryan and working with Sam. Bottom line, I got a great deal on my trade-in, they gave me a lower interest rate than my trusted bank did, and they were not pushy in the least. Another huge plus is that the dealership seemed really scrupulous about safety protocols and keeping things clean among this Covid crisis. They wiped down the keys every time they handed them to me, they wore masks, and the Finance Manager had a glass screen in front of his desk. I felt safe there.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
