Joe is very knowledgeable on all the features and benefits of several Audis we discussed and in specific the Audi I test drove and eventually purchased. The dealership staff other than Joe were polite and accommodating. Details of my own experience in 500 words or less!? Let’s go First and foremost, I walked in needing a car without the best credit. I admired the Salesman’s (Gerard) backbone to not only show me the vehicle. They had a knowledge of the vehicle beyond my own knowledge/skills/abilities. Their supervisor (Oscar) came to personally introduce himself even though they was busy with other work flow. The Sales Team as a whole brought a lot of experience/knowledge to the project. Buying a car without great credit is scary and they bridged that gap. The real honor to this review goes to Angel. They are my financial advisor that goes above and beyond the call of duty. I’m a blue collar guy that doesn’t know numbers like Angel. They completely answered all my questions about the extra components and honored my requests. I could appreciate the knowledge skills and ability from Angel I’m pretty sure they were a boot at one point as well. From Top-Bottom. All of my experience with AutoNation Honda Roseville has been nothing but the Very Best.

The communication and abundance of care that the service department displays is out of this world. I’ve actually never experienced such great service before with any other auto service ! Not only do they take care of two primary recalls on my B8 Audi S5, they went above and beyond by servicing some areas of the vehicle that my scan tool had not picked up before I brought in the vehicle. They did this free of charge. Because of this thoroughness, I will be back for services when my vehicle is in need of a repair that I cannot do myself. The staff at the service department was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend going to the Rocklin Audi location for servicing and Audi vehicle.

Audi Rocklin review
Audi Rocklin is what all Car Dealerships should aspire to be, and is worthy of every single accolade it's earned. The customer service was unmatched, and my Fiance and I never once felt like we were pressured into anything we didn't want to do. We were given advice and mentored throughout the entire process, in our first big purchase, never once feeling overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or unheard. Our salesman Bill Dameri was helpful through the entire process, he responded to my emails and texts, even before they officially were open. He went above and beyond for us, and made this a very positive experience. From our test drive all the way to driving home in our new Car (but first Inn in out burger), Bill provided Excellent service, and even insisted on providing further service after point of sale. We truly feel like valued costumers, and the idea of coming back for our yearly servicing is a positive feeling. Steve Armstrong who helped finalize our sale was incredibly helpful, and made understanding the Warranty and different options available simple and insightful. We could tell he genuinely wanted to help us. We don't plan on buying a car again anytime soon, but when we do, we are going with Audi Rocklin, you won't regret it either, go to this Dealership.

I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. I know the car sales game is fast but the experience still matters so I’m happy that they were able to adjust and meet me where I was. I love our new 4Runner. Thank you David, Lori and team.
