2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

2025 Subaru Legacy review
I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). BATTERY SUDDENLY DRAINED: THE PROBLEM BEGAN AT AROUND 3,200 MILES AND IT TOOK THREE DIAGNOSTIC VISITS, THE LAST ONE FOCUSING ON THE PARASITIC DRAIN, TO FIND A PROBLEM INVOLVING THE BATTERY. BATTERY AND RELATED PARTS REPLACED SUCCESSFULLY (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY). 2. POWER WINDOWS MECHANISM BROKE DOWN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS AROUND 5,200 MILES (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY).

2012 Buick LaCrosse review
I bought my 2012 used few years ago and totally love the car. Very comfortable quiet and smooth with great fuel mileage for a pretty powerful V-6 Engine. Have most all the maintenance records and it's been very well maintained. Plan on getting transmission serviced soon as it's got 82K on it and don't see transmission serviced yet. Transmission still shifts very well but want to keep it serviced well.
