These days people are price conscious. I got an oil change and multi-point inspection at a good price with a Subaru coupon. Soon I have to do some repairs. They let me know the estimated cost and how many months down the road I?d have to take action. I left feeling like Subaru cared about my repair needs and wasn?t on the upsell during the service/consultation. 2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.
