Grand Subaru review
I'm a.long time customer at Grand Subaru. Even though it's quite a distance from my home, I still go back there for all of my regular maintenance because they offer such excellent and efficient service. Although they offer a pickup service, I always choose to go in wait there, because they never take long, and the waiting area is pleasant. Any work that needs to be done is well explained, and everyone is pleasant to deal with.

Great experience with my service advisor, Joe Bednarek. He was very helpful, explained the repairs clearly, and made the whole process easy. He went above and beyond.

Brilliance SubaruReviews
Brilliance Subaru review
We acquired our first Subaru this week, and the experience was truly exceptional. Working with Ed and Jeremy from the sales team, as well as Jason in financing, was a pleasure, as they were all highly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the information they provided. We traveled from Iowa to make the purchase, having heard numerous positive reviews about Brilliance's commitment to customer satisfaction. Ed's dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable was evident, as he stayed late before we drove home that night. Ed has also checked in and ensured if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate and call him. It’s apparent that Customer Satisfaction is number one here.

Genesis of SchaumburgReviews
2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

Mike, the service shop's manager, is one of the most strait forward, honest, customer service based people I've ever come across. I came in for a simple oil change and was in and out quickly. I had questions and he had no problem taking time out of his day to help me. Thanks again!

Don Miller East review
Just bought a 2002 Mazda 626 LX. Had DJ as my salesman and he was great. He was informative about the cars he showed me and picked the perfect car for my budget and the situation I was using it for. Came and looked at a car on a saturday, filled out the paper work on monday, and drove away with it on tuesday. Gave me a good price for the car and trade in, and even agreed to give me a new radio deck for my car so i could have a aux port for no extra cost.

First time purchasing a Subaru and the experience at Brilliance Subaru was great. Ed and Dan were absolutely great to work with, answering any questions/concerns we had with knowledge and professionalism. As a whole, everyone at the dealership was exceptional, making us feel welcome without adding pressure. Overall great experience!

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! Every single salesperson and supporting staff were amazing. We especially appreciated salespeople who were not pushy! They are attentive and detailed in everything that they did. Ed spent an hour going over every single feature in my new car with us. We also received videos to review that help explain each feature. Highly recommend Brilliance for your next car! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! 10 STARS!

Janesville Subaru review
After speaking with the General Manager, Jeff Mazer, it wasn't the dealership so much as it was the finance manager (who is no longer employed there). While this practice was done, it was NOT the dealership that employed the tactic. The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

Napleton Cadillac RockfordReviews
Napleton Cadillac Rockford review
Purchased a used car from Napletons last month. The salesman Mike Gonzalez initially created a positive buying experience for us and didn’t pressure us as some other local dealers were. This was much appreciated. The car was delivered to us in an unfavorable condition due to a miscommunication. Napletons had made an effort to get the car to us promptly and as a result a full detail wasn’t performed. The dealership contacted us an had us bring the car back in for a full detail and went above and beyond to rectify our dissatisfaction. They did a great job removing stains and odors that existed from the previous owner. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter and make the biggest difference with customer service.
