So I was in immediate need of a car after my old but beloved car broke down, needing a plethora of repairs, and was browsing different sites for months. When I sent my request for information about my new Vibe via the website, Jim got back to me in literally less than 5 minutes! I was totally blown away!! Really the quick response is why I bought my car here vs another dealership that took ages to return my call...and it ended up being after I bought my new Vibe at Fred Beans. All were great and friendly at the dealership, and they worked to ensure I was financed and ready to take the car home, even though I didn't make it up there until the evening. Jim was nice enough to stay late to make sure everything was swell and to my satisfaction. When I missed my bus home just after filling out my paperwork (to give time for a good detail before I took my new Vibe home), Jim was also kind enough to take me to the transportation center so I didn't have to wait a long time in the rain and the dark for the next one. There was no pressure, including to take the upgrades, but everything was explained to me clearly. All my questions and concerns were answered in a friendly manner too. I'm thrilled with the rewards program too. All in all, I'm pleased with the experience and purchase of my 2nd car (my second Vibe), and Fred Beans will definitely be on my list of dealers to check out when it's time for car number 3, whenever that may be!
