This is a fantastic, versatile, comfortable daily driver. It’s completely capable on and off the beaten path not to mention the cargo space is laid out perfectly. Most people will say its under powered and I understand however it’s a daily driver and not a race car. It’s 100% perfect for what you’re paying for. Absolutely love this car!
I have purchased 3 new cars in the last 6 years from BWS and every time I had an A+experience. Nathan sold me the car and Jamie completed the paperwork in record time. It is a pleasure doing business with nice people you can trust. Highly recommmend the people and the cars.

It's okay. It isn't bad. It has a lot going for it as far as I can tell, - I won't rid of it before it needs replacement. Don't expect a gushy bunch of BS. If you can go by 2500miles, if it had 150 K on it, and it is trouble free, I'd do another one.

Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store.

Harrisonburg Honda understands what REAL customer service means. The staff at this location is exceptional from top to bottom and I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle. I had purchased my second Honda from them, (used), and within three weeks it was inoperable. They tried to fix it several times for free. When I spoke with the sales manager, Eric Blosser, about my concerns I was told that I should choose another vehicle. There was no argument, no excuses were given. I was provided a rental car gratis and they took care of everything that needed to be done for a smooth transition to another vehicle. Derek Good, Antonio Rodriguez, and Matt Bentel all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. In todays day and age of combative customer service it was a shock to receive such good care. If you want to be treated like a customer should be treated, I recommend going to Harrisonburg Honda. They will go above and beyond!

No storage compartments in rear. “Felt” paper for carpets. No CD player. Not what I wanted for the money. Value not there. Do not recommend.
The staff at Bob Wade is not only professional and knowledgeable, but just so nice to do business with. I have never left there feeling anything but great. When you hear about the "Bob Wade Family", those aren't just words--they really do make you feel like part of a big, wonderful family.

I’m typically an SUV kind of girl, but needed to get something smaller for work related traveling purposes. My crosstrek is the perfect “in-between” of an suv and a car. I love it!
I was traveling alone with my dog and I thought I might have an issue with my Subaru. I pulled off highway, got hotel for night and called closest Subaru dealer. What service! Patrick got me in first thing next morning, checked car and all set by 8:30 to get on road. They could have taken advantage of someone traveling and needing to get home,could have told me things wrong with car but they did not do that. I was treated with the utmost respect. I told them I wish I could travel 8 hours each time service was required. They even gave my dog ???goodies???.

This new design is nearly perfect. Subaru has a deal with Harmen Carden for electronics, this should be reexamined. To many small issues with the head unit. The car is peppy and stable. The seats seem to be a bit to short meaning not enough support to the knees. The built in hot spot is nice but requires a subscription to AT&T and it is a bit pricey. I opted for the Starlink upgrade that gives me consierge service and remote start, worth every dime. The biggest complaint I would have with this car is the false shift for the CVT. It is unnecessary and feels false. The new hatch door is wider which makes a huge difference because the trunk area is small. Road noise in the new design is way down from the old design. As always so happy with Subaru! AWD with the same or better fuel economy then others in it's class, you just can't beat it.
Staff at Bob Wade Subaru listen to what customer is looking for in a vehicle as to style, price, etc and do their very best to accommodate with no high pressure sales or trying to push options or additional services that you have no interest in as I have experienced in past at other dealerships. Honest,friendly and dependable service. Steve Gillette was extremely helpful and accommodating

I have owned my 2018 Crosstrek for 7 months and I still love it as much as the day I drove it off the lot. Excellent fuel economy for the weight and drivetrain. Fun to drive with fantastic steering response. It is a bit underpowered for my liking but it does have the torque for highway passing. The cargo area is spacious and the rear seats fold completely flat which is great for hauling. After test driving and researching several vehicles in this market segment, this was the best “bang for the buck”. I strongly recommend this vehicle.
