Matt is a great sales guy. We purchased three Subaru's within a year. We absolutely love our Subaru's and Matt is our go to guy. He is patient and answers all your questions. Event after you leave if you have questions he will respond promptly. I would definitely recommend Matt and this dealership.
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
Pleasant experience at Thompson Lexus Willow Grove

We drove an hour and a half to visit this dealership. I called ahead of time and was greeted on the phone by Joe Troutman, a salesman at the dealership. He made sure the car was there and pulled it aside while we drove there. Once there it was a smooth process and we ended up buying a 2013 Ford Explorer in great condition. Joe even met us there on a Thursday which was his day off. Super new and clean Lexus dealership if in need of a Lexus.
Had to take my Subaru in for an airbag recall. First time I called to schedule, I was told upfront there were no loaners available in next 2 weeks due to so many responding to recall. So I scheduled out 4 weeks ahead, relating to the woman that due to my unusual work schedule, it would be impossible for me to rely on their shuttle service, which would not be operational when I would be able to pick up my car.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I get a call back from the same woman, who tells me that they can not offer me a loaner afterall but would be happy to schedule the shuttle service with me. I again try to explain to her that my work schedule does not jive with the hours of their shuttle service, and it wasn't an option for me to end up stranded at work without transportation. She either couldn't or wouldn't comprehend what I was telling her. And she gave me another run around about getting a loaner.
I still haven't had my airbag replaced and I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. I'm willing to schedule around the realistic consideration that Colonial doesn't have enough loaners to offer more than a certain number every day. But they apparently aren't willing to work with me and my pain-in-the-butt schedule. But they sure are willing to send me endless emails and postal mail requests to trade up my vehicle.
Recently purchased a 2018 Forester and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. Al Rowe is an amazing salesperson - patient, knowledgeable and just totally pleasant to work with. Just the best!
I recently purchased a 2018 Forester from Subaru of Morristown. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Subaru of Morristown. Kostas Michalios and Marc Fenelus were great sales. Marc Fenelus was very helping and responsive with all email question and Kostas Michaelios took me for a test drive and explained the features of the car in a through patient manner. Both of them are being professional, caring and helpful and are really helpful on negotiations of the price of the car. I left the dealership with my best experiences at Subaru of Morristown. I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently had service performed at Flemington Subaru on my new 2018 Outback. Vehicle was purchased at different dealership but read many outstanding reviews regarding the quality of service. As most folks know, having a vehicle serviced can sometimes be like having a tooth pulled. Flemington Subaru is different, no up-sell, no shenanigans! But there finest hour was, as I was leaving, the service/cashier woman noticed that I was mobility disabled and walked all of my belongings to my car for me and started my vehicle for me. Kindness at an auto dealership, who would have thought. Kindness matters. This is where you want your Subaru serviced.
