Used 2020 Subaru Forester for sale in Beach Park, IL

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

In and out with car repaired in an acceptable time. Comfortable customer service waiting area.

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

My 2020 Forester does everything I ask it to, very effective and efficiently. I've owned over 100 vehicles in my life time and this one is with my top favorites. Good value, safe, economical, reliable, dependable, and over all quality is top notch. I am very pleased with this decision.

At 78 we had a hard time getting in and out of my Acura TLX. This vehicle is so much better for my wife and myself. Vehicle has more interior space, rides smoother, more safety features, better gas mileage, etc. Only time will tell if it is as reliable. Had the car now for 2 months.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.

I took my 2016 Outback in for an oil change, and ended up leaving with a 2023 Outback instead. The sales and finance teams worked very hard to make me an offer I couldn't refuse, and I can't say enough about Keith in the Service Department; he's part of the reason why I bought another Subaru. Very friendly and helpful group of people at this dealership.

We have been looking for a quality used vehicle for my daughter for awhile. We found it here! Not only did they have one, but they had two for her to choose from. Joe and Randy were very helpful and HONEST! Told us about the work they had done to ready the vehicle for sale and were willing to let us drive it back to palatine for our mechanics to inspect it prior to purchase. She did purchase a Ford Escape from them and couldn't be happier! AND the mechanics gave it a "thumbs up!" Well worth the drive for quality!! Had service done on our Outback at Napleton?s Schaumburg Subaru. I drive 24 miles to this dealership because of Keith Meyers and his team of service technicians. They always do a great job and tell me what needs to be serviced now and what can wait until my next visit.

I was looking for a decent used car and opted to search out of state. I called a got Will R. as my salesman. Off the bat, he was super knowledgeable about the car I was inquiring about. He was super helpful and upbeat and got the process started right over the phone and scheduled the test drive. I had to drive from Wisconsin to Ilinois with my daughter so when i got there they greeted at the door with smiles. Their finance manager Nick S. was super helpful in getting me into a decent interest rate. Overall, my first time experience with this dealership was great. I was in and out of in about 2hrs or so. Highly recommend buying from them.
