We have had multiple great experiences with this location. Steve, a sales manager was great and so helpful! We had mechanical issues with one of our cars and they took it back within the 30-day warranty with no issue!! I highly recommend this CarMax location for your car buying purchases!!

EchoPark Automotive Atlanta (Duluth) review
I recently purchased my Audi Q3 from EchoPark and had an amazing experience working with Nichelle! From start to finish, she was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Nichelle made the entire purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. She was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the experience. Her friendly personality and excellent customer service really stood out. I?m absolutely loving my new Audi and couldn?t be happier with my purchase! A huge thank you to Nichelle for making this such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from EchoPark!
2025 Subaru Forester review
My Forester is roomy enough for me and several passengers, yet small enough to park easily. It’s reliable, responsive, and I get 35 mpg. The safety features are excellent.

Subaru of Gwinnett review
This is second Subaru purchased from this dealership this dealership. Both times were stress free with professional sales. Service department is the reason I purchase Subaru's. Not only do you get a quality product, the service department and their staff are beyond compare.
2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,

Wonderful Experience" - Winneth This was my first purchase from CCT. My sales rep, Bernard Faulk, was fantastic to work with. He was very pleasant and very patient. I was satisfied with my purchase and the entire transaction with CCT went very smoothly. The manager and financial rep were also very pleasant. Great atmosphere in this dealership and they make you feel very welcome. Thank you Bernard for helping me choose a beautiful car, I know I will enjoy for years to come.
2025 Subaru Forester review
I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

2025 Subaru Forester review
My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.
