2022 Subaru Forester review
My purchase history has been that of a General Motors enthusiast. My wife worked with Subaru owners; they had no complaints. Decades of commercial truck driving exposed me to witnessing the site's of too many bad accidents. The Subaru safety record has earned my loyalty.

I just leased a 2021 Forester at Liberty Subaru. The service was so quick and easy. The salesman Jeff Wangerin did preparatory work via phone and then emails, so the pick up was fast and easy. Love my Subaru
2026 Subaru Forester review
I bought this 2026 Subaru Forester Premium to replace the 2026 KIA Sportage that we had bought back in November 25. The KIA wasn't bad but the service department sucks. It had peeling paint on the bumper, and they denied the warranty claim, I started thinking if they are going to deny peeling paint what happens when something goes wrong with the engine or transmission. So much for their 10-year 100,000-mile warranty, what a joke. We currently own a 2024 Subaru Outback and now the 2026 Subaru Forester. All of the Subarus that we have own have treated us good, just make sure that keep up with maintenance and they last a long time. Landers Mclartys Subaru in Huntsville, AL, treated very fair with our trade-in and price on both vehicles,

Eric and Matt were wonderful to work with! This is my 3rd Subaru with them and I will always look to them for anything my family needs.
2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

Kevin truly went above and beyond to help me get the car I have now. From the beginning, he was patient, dedicated, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation and what I needed. He didn’t just try to make a sale he actually cared about helping me find the right solution and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m incredibly grateful for all the effort, communication, and support he gave throughout everything. It’s rare to meet someone so understanding and dedicated. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for someone honest, hardworking, and truly willing to help. Thank you again for everything!
2025 Subaru Forester review
My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

Tasca Kia White Plains review
Incredible buying experience. First, the car! I just leased a brand new 2027 Kia Sportage Prestige Hybrid. This car is phenomenal. Next the buying experience - Imad, my sales person was 11 stars in every way: knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, can do. A true delight to deal with in every way. The sales manager James, who I also worked with, was fantastic…ready to help me in every way he could, And he got me into this vehicle, painlessly and with care. Finally, the vibe and energy in Tasca Kia of White Plains was the best car dealership environment I’ve ever seen. Every employee from entry-level to management had a zip in their step, a smile on their face, and ‘how can I help you’ energy. White Plains Tasca Kia is a treasure. 11 stars.

2021 Subaru Forester review
Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

2023 Subaru Forester review
This is our second Forester. Our first was a 2011 Premium we bought as a CPO in 2014 and unfortunately went through the headache of excessive oil consumption within months of buying it. Subaru did eventually replace the engine short block on their dime, but only after repeated oil consumption tests and being told by the dealer service department that it was within normal limits. Calling Subaru of America was the only way we got it resolved. I was impressed that they approved the service, and that's the reason we bought another Subaru. We also have a 2018 Outback Premium in our garage--no oil consumption, and no major issues except replacing the radio for failed lighting behind the volume knob and a minor leak in the oil pan (no dripping underneath the car though) at about 42k miles. We like our 2023 Forester Sport overall, and first and foremost we like its excellent safety ratings and features. I will say the ride is much firmer than our Outback which is only a couple hundred pounds heavier. Wish it had a little more storage in the center console and beneath the climate controls. We look forward to many years of driving with the Forester (and our Outback). Based on our experience, I do feel getting a Subaru-backed extended warranty is worth it for peace of mind (we bought them for our first Forester and now our Outback and both eventually paid for themselves). You DON'T have to buy the warranty when you purchase the vehicle. Call different dealers in your state and ask for their price on an extended warranty for your vehicle--we saved hundreds of dollars by doing this. You have until your manufacturer warranty expires to add an extended warranty.

2023 Subaru Forester review
Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

I love my new Subaru Forester! It has everything I need for a car... Working w/ Kyle was a great experience. He answered my questions, was very polite, honest and very patient w/ me from start to finish, considering I have hearing disability, he used texts to make sure I got all the informations I need. Even after I bought the car, he texted to follow up if everything is ok and to reach out if I have questions.. I admire his diligence at work.. and I'm pretty sure he'll make a good Manager.. I'll recommend him to anyone who's looking for a Subaru car.. Thank you Kyle!! Thank you Liberty Subaru!
2026 Subaru Forester review
Rid is my third Subaru since 1984. First was a Subaru station wagon, had for 20 yrs, 220,000 miles. Second was a 2004 Subaru Forester. Just sold to another individual for $2,000 with 184,000 miles on it. Still running, original air, only issue was check engine light being on and couldn’t find what issue was. New owner thinks he may have identified and hoping to be fixed. I was hoping he might get another 100,000 miles out of car. He said he would be thrilled with 50,000. Just bought a brand new 2026 basic Forester. Love it even with all the new electronics on it.

Found a great car listed on Cars.com. Called to confirm that the vehicle was still available and was able to make an appointment to see it a few hours later with Anthony C. The buying process was straightforward, didn't have to play games. Anthony was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We live quite far from the dealership but would be happy to go again if we needed.

2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

Lynnes NissanReviews
Lynnes Nissan review
I have 2 vehicles with Nissan brand: the 2019 Murano seems to be a good choice but in the past year, while driving on the parkway north returning from Maryland; some crazy young man cut in front of me and stopped suddenly with no car in front of him. I had to step on my breaks all the way down to the floor to prevent that accident although I think that driver was an insurance fraud. My car whole front line jammed, showing on the screen the breaks failed.I took my car to Nissan of Bloomfield and my technician was Mike D’Aloa. He had the car diagnosed, gave me great advise, different options but the job must have been done. Yes that driver on the parkway cost me to spend thousands of dollars but with Mike D’Aloa and the Nissan crew made my car running great again. I will always take my cars to Nissan of Bloomfield for all my services. Thanks! My pathfinder is running fine but the AC blowing hot air, without making an appointment,on one Tuesday morning at 7:30,I drove to that branch for service. The service department open at 8 AM and at 7:45 AM, a guy opened the door,he was very friendly and told me that the service is not yet open but called someone else to assist me. He got me a ticket service, he told me that he would call me to let me know how much money the service would have cost me.Surely he called but my phone was not ringing and he left me a voicemail saying that : your car is ready for pick up. He told me the price, the time the service department is closing. I have been to other Nissan branches and they are not customers services oriented as the Nissan branch in the city of Bloomfield.
2023 Subaru Forester review
Overall, at 60k miles, I’ve had no problems and am very happy. I average around 34 mpg’s with mixed driving. I’m happy with the acceleration as well, even though Subaru’s without a turbo are sometimes labeled as slow. I have no problem merging onto highways. The Forester is an easy to live with SUV/car. The rear room is adequate, although the CRV offers about 10 cubic feet more rear capacity. Visibility is excellent. The CVT is smooth and has simulated shifts, just make sure you change the fluid every 30k! I own the Limited with leather seats that are very comfortable. Sometimes the response time on the radio/touch screen can feel a little delayed. I also opted for the dimming driver/rear view mirrors which is great during winter commuting. It saves your eyes from glare. Very view cars offer this which is why I went with the Subaru. My only “major” complaint with the car is a slight rattle coming from the dash board area. It isn’t always there, but is present enough to bother me. Aside from that it is an excellent vehicle and value for the money!

I suspect that it is I who should be blamed because it is usually true. I expected 128 Service checks being performed from any reputed dealer. But I came to know later that it is not true. I did not have time to go shop around. I was extremely pre-occupied and this purchase and speed was a necessity which I had made it very clear before driving to the dealer more than an hour from my house. I am extremely happy with the service center and after sales service. Had to give 4 because the car was not ready when i picked it up. That gave me lots of concerns. Dealer or more than the dealer, the service personnel were extremely respectful and made up for all the lacunae in sales. They more than made up for whatever concerns I had. I was glad with the inner circle of people who attended the care, came out to me to and explain everything beyond doubt. Because of them, I feel comfortable going to them often.

Very dependable and reliable vehicle regardless of the terrain traveled. The perfect vehicle for older folks or those with knee problems. Seat height is perfect, you can slide in and out of the seat with ease. Smooth ride and overall great vehicle.

2024 Subaru Forester review
I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

2023 Subaru Forester review
LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

My Forester is roomy enough for me and several passengers, yet small enough to park easily. It’s reliable, responsive, and I get 35 mpg. The safety features are excellent.

2023 Subaru Forester review
The radio and the heat settings leave a lot to be desired. If you’re looking for a heater setting, you won’t find it. Nothing annoys me more than unrequested updates on flood watch/warning. it just can’t be tailored to exactly where you live. But every 6 minutes is a bit of overkill. And our previous Forester had a tray in the middle storage (glove box). Even though we asked our salesman about that, we have heard nothing. Missing the change tray a lot.

2024 Subaru Forester review
Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Liberty SubaruReviews
Liberty Subaru review
Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!

CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!
