Meets every need, roomy, drives great in snow, handles better than any suv I've driven. Look, design, USB portals, road side assistance, bluetooth, all great features
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Good All-Purpose Car

Full disclosure: My girlfriend owns it, but I drive it a lot. I find the 2017 Forester to be a pretty decent small SUV. I find it comfortable and fairly well-designed. I'm not a huge fan of CVTs but find it has enough pep when I need it. The dash is fairly well-organized and all critical controls are knobs and buttons rather than buried in the touch screen like some cars. A few things could be slightly better organized but these are minor details. The Subaru infotainment system is pretty lacking and the touch screen is buggy sometimes. They're behind the curve on this. But overall it's a decent car even if I'd like it more with a 6 speed manual.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
First Forester, fourth subaru

We needed a car with plenty of interior space to fit our dogs and camping gear, and wanted to be sure we would be ok in all kinds of terrain. The new forester sport checked all of the boxes. Comfy, gets us everywhere, and has all the features we need plus some we realized are nice.
The only thing we miss is a manual transmission. Come on America....
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I love my Forester! It has the features I wanted plus a few more. The safety measures are excellent. The dealership, Rafferty Subaru in Newtown Square, PA is a fantastic place to do business.
I have bought 2 cars from the Car-max in Albuquerque, NM. I have had a great experience both purchases and would highly recommend anyone shopping there. I appreciate the extra effort the manager made when my license would not scan because my dog got a hold of it. Thank you Car-manx

This car is great for mountain roads and highway driving. Eyesight was a selling point when I purchased and recommend buying Starlink every year. Having that connection when something has happened is worth every cent. What sold me along with Eyesight was the visibility of the Forester and the interior room. I tested a CRV and the Forester and the Sub won hands down.
Recent search did not find vehicle that I wanted, but have purchased from them before. Fair prices, good quality of inventory and friendly staff all make it a pleasant place to car shop. I can and have recommended them to friends.
Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
Regular maint. service on my ???15 CR-V went predictably well

I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda???s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda???s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me.

This SUV is a great vehicle for the money, and is extremely comfortable on long road trips. It has a smooth ride with ample power for around town use. I would have preferred an analog fuel gauge instead of the digital one.
My wife and I have been bringing our Subaru Legacy in for service to Garcia Subaru North for over three years. While we have had no complaints and a more than satisfactory experience it was a recent event that has prompted this review. Over a month ago I suffered a fender better in the dealership's parking lot. Aubrey Padilla came out to investigate, check on the offending party and then offered to help remedy the situation. While the damage was minor, nevertheless Aubrey put her team to work and fixed the problem. Even ordering a part for my back bumper to make the situation whole. I still could not believe that a busy dealership and busy manager would take the time to step in and fix a situation they had no hand in causing. I also want to point out how accessible Aubrey was via phone and in person after promising to help. I plan to be a Garcia Subaru customer for years to come. Thanks again Aubrey.

The Forester is exactly what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, efficient for its size, smooth driving, excellent performing. Upright seating fits a wide range of sizes and is great for tall drivers. Excellent rear seat space. Very, very, good cargo space access. The interior is well laid out. Controls are easy to reach and easy to understand. One more thing, the climate control system is fully up to handling Phoenix summer weather.
In shopping for a used Subaru with low milage I found, with Ardy Reed's help, a really nice basic 2017 model with great financing. She's provided great service and follow-up and we still love our Outback after one month and 2000 miles over a wide range of paved and unpaved road conditions.

This car provides one of the best safety feature, eyesight. Driving with it always provides me with the most confidence. The AWD comes with standard configuration of this car also make your icy driving safer.
Jeff was awesome! He listened to what was important to me, found me the perfect vehicle, and didn't pressure me into purchasing it. They made the numbers work and it was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back to see Jeff!

I love it! And have since I bought it a year ago. I loved my other three prior Subaru’s, but this one is overall my favorite because of all the room.
Brooklynn was amazing to work with. She made the whole car buying process painless and easy. She knows the Subaru product in and out and educated me on options that I didn't know about. I will buyer another car from her when the time comes. Cherrs to you Brooklynn.

I love my 2018 Forester. I’m only 5’ and the seats are very comfortable. Don’t really like the Navigation - can’t seem to make it work. I have 2 friends who also have a Forester, all of ours are green. Only thing negative is the rear windshield wiper. When I go through the car wash, the portion that doesn’t move, pops off. I’ve lost one and now I have to put painters tape over it to keep it in place.

This is my fifth Subaru. I have bought five of them from josh Coleman. I follow John holcomb the service manager. He knows his cars. I can call and tell him a symptom and if he doesn???t know he will find out

Example: The gps/map system is not intuitive to easily upgrade maps! Subaru seems unable to inform customers when new maps are available? Using the Subaru app Subaru Toolbox Gen2 is not very user friendly.....a poorly created app period! Connecting to your personal devices through STARLINK is a waste of time and unreliable. Why Subaru uses this poorly designed software and not Apple Car Play, used by most other car manufacturers, is questionable! It would be truly nice to be able to link my IPhone to the Gen2 headunit display but.....no way? Seems the electronics of this car is for Android devices primarily and not Apple friendly!
These people are nice. Honest. They allow dogs!! They take walk in oil changes! The manager is a funny cool dude. Definitely would recommend to anyone

A comfortable ride, an elevated seating position, standard all-wheel drive, and available state-of-the-art safety technology. Excellent fuel economy. Exceptional acceleration thanks to sequential fuel injection. Best AWD system developed so far.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience at Garcia Subaru North. We were able to buy the perfect car for our family, a process made enjoyable by the friendly, knowledgable staff. In particular, Brooklynn Gibson was extremely attentive, listened to our needs, and came up with an ideal choice for a new car. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the technologies -- many of them new -- built into Subaru Outbacks these days, and even gave us a couple of "chalk-talks" wherein she knew the answers to every question we were able to come up with. Lenny and Curtis made the nuts and bolts of the process straightforward, efficient, and painless. We will be coming back to this dealership when our other Subaru (2005) needs replacing! The Matterns

Great SUV for a modest investment! I'm getting an average of 24 mpg and 28 on highway trips.
The noise level is low and the comfort is high. I have almost 25000 miles and have not experienced any issues.
Buy this car if you want value and reliability!
I ended up purchasing a 2016 wrx sti limited. Of course i had to wait more than a month for the car to arrive but worth the wait. Lenny was the salesman who helped me out with the purchase. Hes a genuinely good guy, was very helpful and got me top dollar for my trade in. Very good experience with this dealer as well as Garcia Honda where i purchased my other vehicle brand new. Never once did i feel pressured to buy and i got a great deal on both vehicles.
