I have already told two people with current vehicle issues to check out Zia. I linked with them through USAA, and was able to look through 10-15 vehicles, Representative Don Baca running back and forth for keys, before giving my wife and I time to narrow down our financial ability and vehicle needs. After having looked at product with four other dealerships, Zia had the most used car selection in every car category, upfront pricing, and inspection reports available to look at. Their patience and buyer accommodations was appreciated.
I really appreciate the transparency from Zia, I got a full copy of all the inspections, they walked me through each portion of it along with the car fax and auto check, really thorough. Explained my financing options fully and walked out feeling like I made a really good choice, which doesn't happen to me often when buying a car.
Everyone at Car Pros was great to deal with. My sales person Bob was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The sales manager Billy worked all the numbers and payments with me and made me feel comfortable the whole time explaining things step by step and Lisa is the finance manager who did my paper work was so sweet and easy to talk to and didn't try to up sell anything at all. Overall I am very pleased and will recommend Car Pros.

I came in to test drive a Passat in July 2016. In making contact with Kevin Dixon, I let him know what my concerns in purchasing a VW were. Kevin listened to my concerns and addressed them; and he listened to what I wanted in a car and acted.
Last weekend, Kevin located and delivered precisely the car that I sought and was able to bring it in at my budget. He and his colleagues at Uptown VW did this all professionally, with multiple options that would have met my requirements, and without pressure.
I know many people will dismiss this review given how recently I made the purchase. But I can say without hesitation there has been no buyer's remorse on my part. The car we got suited our needs, the financing we got suited our budget, and the process we got from Kevin suited what we want in a buying experience.
For as long as we are in or around Albuquerque, Uptown VW has a loyal customer in us. We are truly satisfied with the product and service we got from Uptown VW.

Took both our Toyotas in for oil changes in November 2018. Got great service and no hassles or problems. Have been coming to LH Miller Toyota for past 12 years and would not want to go anywhere else in town. Brittany did great job explaining the service plans. I was lucky to get her as service advisor 2 weeks apart for both cars.
Over the past few years my husband has bought 2 trucks and a motorcycle from A quality. When a driver ran a light and totalled my car, we asked a quality to help find me a car. Not only did they find me the car of my dreams, they assisted me throughout the whole process. Amazing people, amazing help. I would recommend A quality to anyone and everyone. I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda???s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda???s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me.
I arrived at 3:30pm, without calling, and asked for an oil change. I didn’t know you had to make an appointment but Trent Durham still took my car and did the oil change. They were so kind, especially Trent, to me and it was a great experience.
I have bought 2 cars from the Car-max in Albuquerque, NM. I have had a great experience both purchases and would highly recommend anyone shopping there. I appreciate the extra effort the manager made when my license would not scan because my dog got a hold of it. Thank you Car-manx
The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.
